I've taken this supplement for a month and my hair and nails feel healthier and stronger. The serving size is 6 capsules a day so just be aware if you don't like taking that many but they were easy to swallow and I don't have issues with capsules do it didn't bother me. It is easier than making your own bone broth or buying it every week and you can throw it in your purse or bag to take with you on the go, which is what I did many times. When I was drinking bone broth I found I wasn't in the mood or would forget to drink it. So this is good for someone who is not home much too. I would recommend giving it a try!

I honestly don't know if it does anything (hence four stars), but my doctor recommended an anti-inflammatory diet with collagen, and I appreciate that these capsules do not contain stearates.

I bought this awesome bone broth and collagen capsule supplement to help with chronic pain and headaches. This has helped me so much! I feel so much better. Have more energy and my stomach issues are gone. My constipation is gone. My skin and hair has really improved! I sleep better. My head isn't so foggy. A win win. I have re-ordered the Bone Broth Collagen capsules as they are easy on my stomach and I like the capsules better than the powder form. I have also recommended these to friends. I have felt better all over after using them especially in my joints and digestive system. My fingernails are stronger and my hair seems healthier. I’ve only been using this product for a few days, haven’t noticed much of a difference yet but I’m giving the review I am because the daily serving is 6 pills!! And not small ones either! Seriously?! I’m not taking 6 pills a day. I will look for another brand that doesn’t require so many pills. I will finish the bottle as to not waste and if I feel they make a huge difference in my health, I will come back and add another star.

Not for me firstly, taking 6 capsules a day was cumbersome and worrying. I didn’t like the idea of all that plastic going through my gut. Secondly, I can honestly say I was not aware of any benefit after taking for a few months. I have reverted to Flex powdered type 2 collagen for joints, muscles and tendons. Sl

Do not take if you are prone to MIGRAINES/HEAD PAIN, or are HYPERMOBILE and prone to DIGESTIVE ISSUES - this supplement gave me terrible side effects of this nature!
