Will it tan all your body or just face?

It will develop a tan on any skin it is applied to.

What’s the best way to wash off if it goes on shirt collar? Will it come off a white collar at 40 degrees or will it need soaking in vanish/similar?

I’d spray some vanish over it beforehand and then soak it/wash it as quick as you can. You should take care when applying it as it can discolour facial hair and your fingers
