Device keeps switching off - no after sales support.
Very poor performance and quite expensive for it offers - zero after care support quite disappointed.

Not the most accurate and riddled with problems
Overall the build quality is good, however I do not believe it justifies the price tag for this air monitor at all. In comparison to other budget air monitors the figures are way out, not only this is hounds you for updates on the screen only for them to "fail". Overall, it's a nice gimmick machine albeit not worth the hefty price tag.

Excellent
Really good. Not sure what the point of the internal battery is as it has to be plugged in to run otherwise it does the job well.

Ein wahrer Luftmesscomputer.
Das Gerät ist echt Klasse. Es zeigt inkl. Zeit 10 Werte an. Also der sTVOC Wert.

Bad piwer connection
It could be such a good device. It seems however that the power connection is broken and it turns itself off after some time and the belattery depletes itself to 0%. It cannot run a full night even with best power supply and cable. It also seems that the pm sensor is not measuring anything. If it smells like smoke and my air purifier shows 300 ppm then it sits at a cosy 10 ppm max...

Easy to read, seems accurate
I'm happy with the accuracy and build of this monitor. When I check outside air, the PM 2.5 agrees with local Purple sensors, which are pretty good. It uses the same type of laser particle counting cartridge. CO2 is correctly in the 400s. Temperature is spot-on checked against my Chef-Tap. It's hard to know what the VOC means, but it does rise in the basement where it smells a little musty. The sound monitoring is the only thing that doesn't work well. It never drops below 43 dB, probably because the sensor is too close to its internal fan. That's a small quarrel, given that my ears can tell me the noise level perfectly well. The form factor and screen are beautiful, and I'm hopeful it will last a while since the particle sensor is replaceable. The display is crisp and clear, and you can set a priority measurement to be large enough to read at a glance or put it into a clock mode with small air quality displays at the bottom. I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't need the app at all. It can connect to wifi on its own, with a touch-screen keyboard to put in the password. Connected to wifi it shows hourly and daily graphs and you can set your city for local weather. The automatic time zone setting doesn't work, but it's easy to set manually. It does function off of wifi, but only shows time and immediate sensor readings. The app shows the readings and graphs but I doubt I'll use it much unless I get one of their satellite pm 2.5 sensors. It's designed to integrate into Xiaomi's Mi Home and could probably control connected air filters but that's not of much use in the US. Overall, it's a pricy sensor but well worth the money.
