Waste of money
This product doesn’t even deserve a single star. Absolutely pathetic customer service! The door got jammed, and despite following up with customer care for nearly a month, there was no resolution. In the end, I was told to get it opened through a local key maker, what a joke! Such a disappointing experience. Better to go for a reputed brand where at least the after-sales support isn’t this miserable.

The safe metal is strong and it has a good size. Delivery experience was also good.The knobs feel very flimsy.. the battery compartment for the digital lock fell off. It slotted back in easily enough but I feel the overall quality if not too great

Decent product, Zero support
Do not buy this if you want peace of mind, the product itself is strong and decent, but the customer service is absolutely worse and non existent and even worse no one outside will repair this brand ,my locker malfunctioned after 2 years jamming the lock with all the money and gold inside it, i haven't got any support from Amazon or Amazon basics and mechanics outside won't repair this brand like godrej and Finally I had find a local lock smith and break the locker, it was a painful ordeal there is a reason for this to cheaper than a branded one.
