Waste of money
This product doesn’t even deserve a single star. Absolutely pathetic customer service! The door got jammed, and despite following up with customer care for nearly a month, there was no resolution. In the end, I was told to get it opened through a local key maker, what a joke! Such a disappointing experience. Better to go for a reputed brand where at least the after-sales support isn’t this miserable.

Worst product/worst service/ cheated/ looted!
Worst product ever! And worst service by Amazon on this order.1. I received a product that looks second hand.2. The digital cluster doesn't work at all. Recieved a damaged/not working product.3. Had asked for replacement and even after talking to customer service executive over pick up of this item, no one came to pick it up and amount was also not refunded!I was cheated by Amazon.Do not but any of Amazon basics locker! Again, do not buy!!!

Product look sturdy but its not but its ok for daily use
Product received damaged at front corners at 2 places as i am in need of urgently some safe so i am not returning itMain turning knob is made up of plastic and can break if you put extra force while turning.Master key also look simple and very low qualityInside welding of back plate not strong as it is tag welding but for me its ok as i am using it for daily use
