Definitely worth a purchase
I bought this during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and it has been a life saver. I use it all day everyday now well into my 3rd trimester. It' really helps me get comfortable. I don't find it helps me sleep as it requires a bit of adjusting to move, but it's worth the purchase for support on the sofa etc during the day and evening. It has lost some of it's shape now after a few months use but still usable. I plan to use it for support when feeding too.

Good Quality pillow
The pillow is comfortable to be used between the legs but it is difficult if you want to use it for the head and legs at the same time. It is good for back support when you are sitting in the bed. I haven't used for the baby yet but I am sure it will do a very decent job in a few months. I might have preferred it to be a bit softer but overall I am happy with my purchase!

No space for your arm when you sleep on the side
I found it too stiff and bulky. What really makes me feel uncomfortable is that you can place your arm only under the pillow, so it gets numb easily

Not happy with product quality and would like a replacement
I have used the pillow without washing the cover. Today I wanted to put it for wash and use another cover I purchased and when I undid the zip, a bunch of microbeads was flying around. The pillow is leaking the beads and I am extremely worried now as the beads even got on my newborn baby and maybe even in her airway while I was changing it. It is a complete mess and they are so tiny and sticky (electrostatic) that it is really hard to even get them off the clothes and the couch where I was changing it. I would like to get sent a new pillow, please.

I still use it daily and my kids are 3 and 5!
I bought this pillow when I was 4 months pregnant with my first child and it was a godsend. So comfortable and supportive. I'm a natural side sleeper and it helped me to get so comfortable at night. It was also super useful once the baby arrived. It is a magical pillow both for sleep and lounging. Now my children are 3 and 5 and I still use it every day and every night. I recommend it to all pregnant friends and they so swear by it.
