Finally found a good balance and electrolytes!
I love these nectar hydration packets. There’s not higher amount of each ingredient nor is there to low amount of each ingredient. It does not overpower my water. I mix in 32 ounces now. When I’m halfway down drinking that I fill my bottle up again and the flavor is still there and quite pleasing. Every week I change favorite flavors so I can’t help you there. Lemon, berry and orange. I shopped around quite a while before I decided on these and I love them.

Great flavor.
I bought them by mistake trying to buy the calming version. It worked well for hydration! Dissolves fast and tastes great!

Not the same as other flavors....
I have been using the strawberry lemonade flavor for a few years, but it was not available. I ordered the mango flavor because everything has been great with the other one. The mango is terrible. Has no flavor and an aftertaste that can only be described as bug spray. I will toss the rest out, and hopefully I can get my regular flavor.

I hate electrolyte drinks and powders, but I really like this one. It taste good doesn’t gag me, dissolves well. And really helps! I can tell a difference after I drink it.

Tastes great and will dissolve in ice water!
It doesn’t have the highest amount of sodium but I can live with that never it tastes great, no aftertaste and dissolves even in ice water!

BUYER BEWARE, Awful, No Bueno.
This is non returnable. It was the worst tasting electrolyte drink I've ever tried, like licking the bottom of a dumpster. I took one drink and threw the entire package out. This is my public service announcement. I should have not tried to save a few bucks and just stuck to Liquid IV.
