Good quick system
Love the system. Had to upgrade due to Windows 10 on my old system not being upgradeable (stupidity on Microsoft's part). This is a valid upgrade. Just wish it had a few more ports.

A good gaming computer but not suggested for business purposes.
This is a well made computer mostly for gaming. The image is good, not great. sound quality and volume is poor.. To hear anything i will need aux speakers. Keyboard is convenient but seems slow to load pages. I eliminated many apps upon start up but has not helped much with speed. Its loaded with a lot of apps which bog down the system and some of which you cannot delete. Keyboard is excellent and great backlit keyboard. for gaming I guess it would be fine, but general computing, business, drawings, engineering, etc I would suggest looking elsewhere. Its surprisingly heavy and not suggested for travel at all. OK for home use. for my purpose, which is business and drawing review and design, video conferencing it falls short.

I’ve officially transcended
I grew up playing consoles my whole life, from the NES to the PS5. Never care about pc gaming. My son wanted Minecraft mods, so we got this as a birthday present. And I’ll probably never buy another game on my Ps5 lol. I’m officially a Pc gamer, my son can wait and play his mine craft mods later. I’m playing Age of Mythology, Warzone, Octopath Traveler. I’m playing whatever I want, with Ultra settings because this laptop is a beast like that. I appreciate the larger screen, since I was playing on large TVs over the years. Yeah it’s 3ms delay and not 1, oh well I’m still knocking down 10-20 on Resurgence. The FPS upgrade compared to the Ps5 just blew my mind. Every game is so smooth and silky. I love this laptop, the wave of RGB lights across the keyboard looks cool, my kid loves it. I can also plug in my DualSense Edge, and just play right away. I love it. I use an older 2017 laptop for work, and just daily use compared to the Nitro, the Nitro is basically on Aderall programs open faster, web browsing is faster. The download speed on the Nitro literally maxes out my internet speeds. 80gb downloads in less than 10mins. Before I bought it I asked a friend about it, he told me it’s basically the equivalent of a Walmart laptop, I said oh well, it’s for my kid, I’m not going over 1300. Now I think he’s redacted. Because this thing is a beast, even if they sell it at Walmart lol. Had it for a month now, my free month of gamepass is about to end, it’s not worth paying for anyway. The games are old and not worth the annual price. But Ive already built a decent steam library. Just buy it already, stop reading reviews. Get a 2 year protection plan, you can return it no matter what happens to it. So you’re good to go brother.

Love it Nitro AN17-734A
I love it. Been using it for a few weeks and very happy . Runs World of Warcraft on ultra with no lag. I did upgrade the ram to 32. Great picture. The sound is very low quality but I'm not into music on a laptop. I use my Samsung live earbuds and I'm good to go

Rocks alll kinds of stuff. Super awesome
I go this 10 days earlier than originally posed. Its doing great. I upped ram to 32 and added a 2 tb ssd in the 2nd slot (easy to do both, search nitro 17 upgrade on YT). I run heavily modded Skyrim and I create mods also, plus this laptop is a home for retro game preservation, so this laptop is amazing.

Horrendous speakers. Worst speakers I've EVER had in a laptop.
I was so excited to get this laptop. Beyond excited. And I wish I could give a great review but I can't. I use this laptop for a LOT of movies and television and YouTube. The sound is so bad it's like using a tin can to talk to your friend in the treehouse while you're on the ground and they're up high. In the 80s. THAT has better sound than this thing. I've never in my life been more heartsick or disappointed to have spent this much for something that sounds worse than my 10 year old laptop. I just cannot believe they have the audacity to sell this thing with unusable speakers. It's AWFUL. I've uninstalled and deleted and reinstalled drivers. I've tried to use an equalizer. I've adjusted everything I have to adjust and even tried a sound booster to see if that would help. Nope. It sounds like I"m holding the thing underwater and trying to hear it. Waste of money entirely. So disappointed. People shouldn't have to buy external speakers and lug them around to use a gaming laptop. Awful. Awful. Awful.
