I have worn others that pinch behind my knee. Does this one pinch at all?

Thank you for your question. The RiptGear Knee Compression Sleeve does not pinch at all behind the knee. If you find that the knee sleeve is uncomfortable you can always reach out to return the product.

I am measuring just barely over 15. Should I get the small or medium?

You might be okay. It is always a guessing game with these things. I was 13.5 inches, asked for the medium but had to return for the small. Good about the return if necessary.

After a few days wear I have a rash and hives. Is there anything I can do to make it wearable or simply stop using it?.

Too much wear. Recommend wearing for part of a day, but not continuously. Skin needs a break.
