Works great. Calming effect and sleep quality is very good

This is a great sample size package for giving valerian a try before investing in a large bottle. I like that the taste and smell was not overwhelming, and was only slightly noticeable after swallowing. They seem to be effective at helping to calm my body and mind, but two capsules were needed.

Like almost everyone else, I take one before bed and it helps calm my racing mind. My RN actually suggested this as an alternative to a prescription. The only thing I don't love about it is it gives me major cottonmouth. But the benefit sure outweighs the side effect.
