Caraway Rondeau - 6 Qt Non-Stick Pan with Lid - Free From Forever Chemicals - Perfect for Searing, Braising, & Roasting - Cream

I really wanted Caraway pans but couldn't afford them (SO pricey!!!). But, after winning some certificates from my company as a employment-anniversary gift, I had enough to get them! I bought this 6-qt pan, the 10" fry pan, and two different size sauce pans. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are so attractive, seem heavy-guage but not too heavy and I love cooking in them. After hand washing and drying, I do wipe some organic oils inside the pan before storage as suggested on the tag. They have a couple of little scratches on the inside already, which I don't understand because no metal utensil has ever touched the inside of these pans - rubber only. Hopefully that doesn't become a problem. I'm new to these pans within the last couple of months and am hoping I get many years of attractive, high performing cookware. I just love them so far!

I love this nonstick pan. Just be sure to read and follow care and use instructions. As with all newer types of nonstick cookware, you should not use cooking spray; use a drizzle of oil, olive oil, or butter. Do not use metal utensils. Handwash - no dishwasher. If you can do this you will LOVE this pan. I also love that the handles make it easy to start cooking in this on the stovetop and then finish in the oven. It can really handle high heat well.

I normally use Calphalon or Le Creuset pots but they’re getting older so I decided to try this brand and I prefer it for a few reasons. First, I bought three pans/ pots and have tried them for a couple of months. They clean more easily than anything I’ve ever used before, even egg is not hard to get off! The handles and lid knobs don’t get really hot like my old sets. There aren’t any unfinished areas that can rust like the edges/ rims of my Le Creuset pots. The other thing I love is that they caramelize things beautifully but without a lot of oil. Finally they have some heft to them but aren’t heavy like my Le Creuset pans (they’re heavier than my Calphalon set). Not really sure how they created such a great product but I plan on buying the rest of their pieces to replace all my other pots. Bought the black and gold and they are beautiful!

I love this Caraway 6-qt rondeau pan. It cooks evenly, is truly non-stick, and the lid fits perfectly. It’s great for one-pan meals, sautéing, and simmering, and it looks beautiful on the stove. Also scratch resistance, great heat distribution and has a warranty. I’m giving four stars because it’s quite pricey, even though the quality is excellent. Overall, it’s a great pan if you’re willing to invest.

The Caraway Rondeau exceeded my expectations. The blue color is beautiful. There are no dangerous non-stick chemicals. It's versatile...I've used it to boil linguine which goes flat into the pan, to make a sauce, stir-fry and a stew. I was afraid that it might be too heavy but it is not. I can hold the pan with one hand while using a silicone spatula to move food onto a platter. Just love this pan!

Caraway-great pans! This is another wonderful Caraway purchase. The post is roomy but not overly deep, when you need a big round pot but don't need tall sides on it. Cleans up like a dream. Can['t put it in the dishwasher, but as easy as it cleans, you don't need to.
