Adult Pro Aneroid Sphygmomanometer
I have an automatic blood pressure monitor, but I wasn't comfortable with the readings I was getting. I would take my blood pressure and it would be 145/70, wait a couple of minutes and take it again only to fine it was 129/64. So I ordered this manual blood pressure cuff and let my wife take my blood pressure. No more wild variations! My wife and I both agree that this is much more accurate and dependable than using an inexpensive automatic device. Just make sure you have a stethoscope in order to use this device. This is a quality cuff with strong Velcro to secure it into place. The size should fit just about everyone. I am very pleased with this purchase!

My husband has a large arm so regular cuffs didn't work. This size is perfect.

A little too small for me
I saw this sphygmomanometer and wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, the size I got in just on the small side for me. Still, it seems to work okay. It is easy enough to read the dial and inflate/deflate the cuff. My one issue is the ease with which the velcro comes undone. I see it at doctor's offices on well-worn cuffs, but this is brand new and did not hold together very well. It did not come off, but it seemed to start pulling apart easier than I think it should. Is it a bad product? No. I like that it is well labeled and is easy to use.

Not reliable for blood pressure readings
Very poor performance. Needle does not jump in response to heart beat (blood pressure) and air bag refuses to deflate even when all hoses are disconnected from monitor and pump! Do not rely on this blood pressure cuff
