Buy the Derelia pillowcase and put a pillowcase over that.
This pillow is the best! I have been looking for solutions for my sleep apnea for years. I've tried everything but this worked. I get a good night's sleep and I didn't don't need that CPAP machine any more!!!

If you have neck and back problems when you wake up in the morning you have to try this pillow. It helps tremendously.
