First of all, I have used this machine for two months, the machine is compact and easy to use.. just be careful to retrieve the cartridge once you’re done printing. The size of the l touchscreen Is amazing, and the interface is so friendly and easy to relate with. Love the fact that you can import Images from you PC or just add cute fonts directly from your laptop. Also If you have any issue be assure they have the best customer service and will work with you to solve any issue .I really Recommend this mini inkjet for quality and the best customer service

It was great at first; then the touch screen stopped working. Reached out to customer service with no response. Only used it twice. Disappointed.

Best purchase I've made for my business! No more using expiration stickers! Not sure where other reviewers had issues with the directions. Once you get use to the layout it's very easy to use and maintain a uniform print. Only disadvantage is having to take the ink cartridge out when not using often. Overall very satisfied!!!!

I like this thing, use it to label small boxes where the alternatives all of which have handles were too big. This one has no handle which helped me for my purpose - easier to maneuver and print on small spaces. I think the price is a bit over the top but eh, whatever

I also really like this upgraded HD touch screen interface, colour display and diverse content fonts too. It's made for printing text, label, digital, QR code, barcode, production date, time, logos on wood, clothing, paper, cardboard and glass, steel, plastic, aluminium foil, cables and other different materials. I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price.

The printer came well packaged, everything was securely organised within the box, keeping everything protected My initial impression was the fantastic build quality of the handheld printer, the touchscreen is clear and the printer itself is lightweight. Initially, when I first use the printer, I was very impressed. The print quality was impressive, especially with the ability to print around curved edges. I make chilli sauce and jams at Home and this allowed me to print text onto my bottles for dates of when it was made. Unfortunately, I went to use the printer last night, and now I’m only getting part printed text, splutters of ink, I’ve tried cleaning their headers to no avail. Given the price point, I expect better print results and consistency, looking at other reviews. I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Such a shame.
