Easy setup and the print speed is impressive as is the quality of the print on each label. Love how the packing is also education via QR codes which quickly lead to short & digestible instructional videos! This company is very focused on making sure their customers are successful in easily setting up and using their products and THAT is HUGE in my opinion. The customers success is also their success, at least that was my experience! This is compatible with my Mac, my iPad, my iPhone and my pc laptop. Worked great with all of the using Bluetooth. This is not a LOUD or noisy printer and so far, I’m incredibly impressed with this printer. I will be printing shipping labels as well as packaging labels and already have printed quite a few!
