Excellent quality bread.
SUPERB! I vacuum pack 1/2 loaves for the freezer and just can't resist eating the tiny end crusts. Delicious.

Lovely loaf
Delicious sourdough bread which, eaten in moderation, does not spike my blood sugar like other breads do. I keep it in the freezer and take out a slice or two as needed. The Rye is my favourite!
