This is an excellent product I have used for many years. Backed by the good name of GNC, it provides me with the additional nutrition that I seek. Seller was prompt with delivery.

I noticed a little pep in energy shortly after starting these. Not gonna say they’re a life changer, but I do feel they are making a noticeable difference. I also noticed they almost have a chocolate like taste to them, which is pleasant. I gave 4 stars because I just switched to these a few weeks ago. But if the same results continue I would have no problem upgrading this review to 5 stars.Just FYI, I only take one every other day…not 1 or 2 everyday. I’ve always found taking a vitamin supplement every day is a waste of time…your body just can’t absorb everything.
