Great, love it! Switch from more expensive 2 years old Moen unit to this, that is half price. Love everything - quality, functionality, looks and easy to install!

Incredible kitchen faucet... customer service best I've ever experienced!
This review is long overdue.... (my sincerest apologies for that). I am actually writing on behalf of both me and my wife, and my folks. It was my folks who originally purchased (2) of these Fapully commercial, pull down sprayer with LED light and pot filler faucets (one for them, and one as a gift for myself and my wife). Yet, because of COVID, this has been the first time in quite some time that I've been able to visit my folks, and thus (with their permission, of course) have physical access to their account to say a huge thank you to Fapully and their representative, Candy, for such care in their product and for their customers. Our faucets have performed beautifully! The install was simple, the faucet's performance flawless, and the sheer beauty/look of the faucet an eye catcher, for sure! My dad (an architect) and my mom (an interior designer) appreciate well made products with a great look! Fapully has both, and then some! This is simply - a sexy faucet... a piece of art and a centerpiece to both our kitchens! My folks had no issue with install..... so easy... just a few minutes. But, because of our kitchen's design....and, our newly custom-ordered sink and countertops, we had very limited space with which to fully secure the faucet (or any faucet) from below and against the quartz countertops - this, was in no way a flaw by Fapully. So, I wrote an email to Fapully asking if they had any suggestions. I was immediately met with a response from their representative, Candy. Candy was right there at the end of those email exchanges to help me. She was so pleasant and provided an alternative to secure the faucet head. She sent the part within a matter of days! It could not have been more perfect! Total success! It was a little over a year later that we ran into a design flaw with the LED light (the LED light simply stopped working). There was absolutely no problem with the water flow... just the LED light. I emailed Candy, expecting I would just purchase a new faucet head. Again...Candy was right there to answer my email! She shared the design of this faucet's LED light had since changed, and she sent out (2) replacement LED faucet light heads - one for me, and one for my folks!! I offered to pay for it....she declined.... she took care of everything! I have never experienced such generosity. Candy and I have since become friends. Her beautiful messages and her genuine concern for us (and we for her) during this pandemic was always first and foremost. She has always taken care of us....both in a simple human sense as well as a customer. I can't speak highly enough about Fapully and we will buy from them again and again. My folks, too, have been deeply impressed by their attentiveness and generosity. So.....I thank Fapully on behalf of myself, my wife, and my folks for such incredible dedication to great products and even better customer service. My friendship with Candy such a wonderful bonus. Candy..... thank you always, my friend! Fapully... thank you! You have customers (our family) for life! Since then, I have stayed in touch with Fapully - with Candy. I love their products, and more than anything, I love the care they take to ensure their customers are happy! This has been an incredible experience and our exchanges the highlight of my day. It is rare in this day and age when a company cares so much and goes the extra mile as Fapullly has (as Candy has). Again.....our deepest thanks! Take care and continue to stay safe and healthy! May 2021 be a better year for us all. Much love!

For the price, I recommend. After 6 years of heavy use.
Summary: After 6 years of heavy daily use, this Fapully pull-down kitchen faucet is still solid, still doesn’t leak, and still has good pressure, with the only downside being cosmetic wear on the finish. We have had the Fapully Black Kitchen Faucet (commercial style pull-down with sprayer) installed for about six years. It gets used a lot. We are a family of four, and three of us cook and wash dishes regularly, several times a day. This faucet has basically lived a full-time job, plus overtime. Functionally, it has been great. It feels solid, the water pressure is good, and it has not developed leaks. The pull-down sprayer works as expected, and it is easy to adjust and use day-to-day. Nothing about it has turned into a constant maintenance project, which is exactly what I want from a faucet. The only issue is the finish. After six years, the black paint has missing spots and scratches where the coating has worn off. I am including photos showing the wear. That said, for the price, I still recommend it. The faucet is doing its actual job extremely well, and the cosmetic damage is the kind of thing a Sharpie could fix in about 30 seconds if it bothers you. I am not saying that is glamorous, but neither is washing a sink full of pans. All in all, it has held up under real use, works reliably, and performs better than I would expect at this price point. Good product.

bad customer service xxxx No more GREAT buy, once you have it, you will regret in the long run
Basically, you are bringing commercial restaurant style sink shower to your kitchen. I had been in professional commercial restaurant before. This set is commercial style and grade. Pro: 1. Easy to install. The hardest part is removing existing old faucet. It might be rusted. 2. Showing instead of spraying: Transnational sprayer has smaller water holes and might stuck due to hard water. Now, you are bring in a shower head to the sink!! It is not sprayer no more. It provide more water pressure and rinse your dishes quicker. 3. Using both faucet and showing at the same time: Old separated spraryer can be only used one at a time. When sprayer is on, the faucet will stop working. Now, even the faucet will has less water pressure when shower head is on, It is a improvement. 4. Free your hand while spraying: you can dangle this shower head in the middle of the sink and LOCK the press bar while using both hand to wash your stuff. 5. FREE up more space that you and maneuver upon the sinks: 22" tall spring will let you have freedom of space. 6. Stylish and modern : Stainless steel looking. It is modern and spiffy. con. I have not found any yet. 2020.0930: update It is still as good as the first day. No any issue. 2022.0125: update The main sprayer lock stop working. So ,you have to hold it to wash. We still love this faucet. I change the rating from 5 to 4 stars unless someone can help me resolve the issue. 2025.0127: update The faucet still works good. However, the horizontal faucet start leaks. When I shut off the main valve the dripping will stop. I am sure the rubber gasket is worn out after SIX years of everyday use. I LOVE this faucet. I will give it 6 stars if the option is available. I am contacting the seller and see if they can give me advise on how to open the faucet and replace the worn gasket. 2025.2.26: I changed from 5 star to 2 due to hard to follow customer support this year. (a) preset answers for troubleshooting couldn't cover the problem I have (b) response to end users are hard to find. 2025.0303 change from 2 to 3 stars due to customer support is flexible and listening to complaint. Representative does not have a efficient communication skill and time took so long to get an satisfactory result. 2025.0311: The service rep. Candy has very poor communication still. Barely could not understand what customer need and do not know how to deal with customer. Changed star from 2 to 1. 2025.0801 They finally give me a new replacement parts. So I bring the star from one that too four again.

Perfect Faucet Replacement
Well packaged. Easy to install. The 2 faucets are great. I had a commercial faucet before this one and it started to leak at the 3 way quick connect. This one just connects to the C and H waterlines. So less connections to fail. It is not a pull down with lots of hose but has enough pull to work. The pull down with weight is where your faucet could fail catching on something below. Very pleased with this purchase. Got the cheap one @$86. I think it’s the best looking one of the lot. I guess after my 5 star they upped the price to $104. Sorry ‘bout it. Also the pressure is much better than my last one.

Great faucet with the best water pressure of any kitchen faucet I've ever had!
This is the second one of these faucets we've purchased. The first one we had for three years in our old house, so when we moved here, we replaced the cheap faucet the builder put in with this one. This may not be a "named" brand, but I'll take it over a name brand any day. In the past we've had supposed top of the line brand faucets that were never very good. The water pressures were wimpy, the hoses constantly got hung up on something underneath the sink no matter how many times we tried to prevent it. The weights were a pain, and the controls to switch between stream and spray never lasted. This faucet may not be as "designer" looking as some of our previous faucets, but it's perfectly fine looking in my brand new kitchen. I'll take function and water pressure over aesthetics any day. The last one of these we had did have a small issue with the spray handle, but the company was quick to send a replacement part. They stood behind their product and that, along with the quality, brought me back to the same product in our new home. It's so nice to turn the sprayer on, or the stream, and actually get decent pressure. I am so sick of these faucets with wimpy water pressure that take forever to fill a pot, rinse the sink, and so on. Another issue with the included faucet in this house was it took forever to get hot water as the flow was so wimpy, and that drove me nuts. This faucet has such good pressure that the hot water comes a lot faster. (We have an on-demand heater and those do take a little longer than a tank style, but good GPMs help a lot) Installation was a breeze, and I love that there's no weighted hose to deal with under the sink; the sprayer part just pulls down on a spring type hose above the sink. The first time you use this it does take a little getting used to as the controls are different than other faucets that have the sprayer and stream function in one piece, since you have one main handle for both the stream and sprayer, plus you also have a control for the stream part. In the past, I paid 3 times what I paid for this faucet for a "name brand"; I absolutely love this one, but only tolerated the other ones. IMHO, you can't beat the quality and price of this faucet. Even if it only lasted a few years (but it was as great 3 years after purchasing as the day we installed it, and is still going strong with the new owners of that house) I could buy a new one every few years at the price point of this one, and love it all along the way. Overall, I love this faucet, it's at a great price point and I highly recommend it.

Nice Faucet, works great
My old Moen Faucet was expensive when I first purchased it. After a while, I started having problems with it as the neck became tighter and the faucet started moving when turning it and there were other problems. Moen replaced it and this year the same problems repeated themselves. The two faucets lasted me a total of 18 years. This time, I found this faucet on Amazon for a Black Friday deal. I ordered this faucet and it came in fairly fast. I went to install it and I found the hoses to be too short. So I went on Amazon and ordered the correct hoses for this faucet and from what I could tell, they were of the same brand as the one's included with the faucet. Once the new hoses came in, I was unable to install the faucet because I had to go in for an operation. Then another three weeks or so after, I had to go in again for another major operation. So as of today, I was finally able to install the faucet. Everything is all set now an the faucet works great. The base stays tight instead of rotating like the Moen Faucet did. On this faucet, the only part that turns is the Pot filler instead of the entire faucet. As for the hoses, if you look at the installation manual, it does show you which hose is the hot or cold as where they get connected. Easy to understand if you look at the manual and the faucet itself. The water pressure is great too. But that is because of the hoses aren't as restrictive as the old type of hoses what with water savings being applied to faucets, showers and other water items. We've only got 36 pounds pressure here as we're on a gravity fed spring water line. The one thing that I feel could be improved upon is the nut used to tighten the faucet in place under the counter. The thing I don't like is it's a brass piece with a molded nut builtin and on both ends, there are two Phillips screws used to tighten it. Thing about this is Phillip head screws are notorious for being easily stripped so you can't tighten or loosen the screw. Not to mention, using the screws would make it so the nut washer would no long be in tight contact with the metal washer against the bottom of the counter instead of being tightly flat. What they should have used for this are screws with a T-25 screw head which would have made it easier to tighten them and if needed, to remove them. Lets hope this faucet lasts longer than the Moen faucet did.

Overall happy with minor issues
Faucet is huge improvement over the old one so my elation could be a little biased. Overall the install was super easy but don’t be deceived by their claim “no tools required”. Tools are definitely required to remove the old faucet, and to tighten down the nuts on the braided hose to the water supply. If you don’t, it will leak. Always disappointed to receive a suspected used item, but I get it, they gotta sell it and it was in brand new condition so I kept it. The deck flange had been removed by prior purchaser and thrown loose in the box, and there was water in the box. Took a minute to figure out the flange as there is zero reference to it in instructions, I can only guess it’s because when shipped new from factory, it’s already screwed on. Install was extremely easy. A second set of hands would have been nice to hold the faucet straight while I tightened from the bottom but wasn’t necessary. I did it with one set of hands. There is no reference anywhere as to which hole is for hot and which hole is cold so I made a guess and assumed the hole below the red dot was hot, and I was right. Guessing wrong, having it installed, and then having to switch would have been a bummer. This faucet does NOT include a deck plate to cover the other holes in the sink and my old deck plate was not compatible. And Home Depot and Lowes don’t sell deck plates separate so plan ahead accordingly. I spent a lot of time trying to get the right size plate so it would cover all the gunk on my sink from the old plate and was not able to. In a fit of frustration I decided to try sanding the gunk off and it worked beautifully so problem solved. Don’t be afraid to sand your sink clean. I used 220 to get the gunk off and 500 to smooth it out. Because I got it all clean, I was able to order the plate I wanted even though it’s slightly smaller than the old one. The hose does not pull out. It would be nice if it did, but I knew when I bought it that’s the way it was. Not having a pull out hose definitely has limitations if you’re used to having a pull out hose that you can turn sideways in the sink. The sprayer lock is nice and simple to use. Sprayer water pressure is a lot lower than my old sprayer and I have not been able to figure out how to remove the aerator in this new one. I don’t think it comes out, unfortunately, so this will be a huge negative if I can’t figure out how to get more pressure to the sprayer. Didn’t buy this for the sprayer light, but it’s kind of a cool gimmick. Blue is cold, green is warm, red is hot, and flashing red is it’s as hot as it’s gonna get. Removing my old faucet probably took 45 mins. Install of the new faucet was maybe 20 mins, but I’m gonna have to do it all over again when the deck plate arrives tonight. I installed this on Sunday, drove all over town looking for deck plates before ordering from Amazon Sunday night to arrive Wednesday. Can’t go three days with no kitchen faucet. It’s tall, it’s bold, the on/off levers are super smooth and very high end feeling. This thing looks and feels like it cost $600. It’s so nice, it highlights how ugly my old sink is. Pulled out the old dishwasher sink top drain and bought a matte black soap dispenser to match the faucet. Will install when new plate arrives. The included braided hoses are long enough but just barely. My water lines seem like they’re mounted pretty high up. If they were a few inches lower, I would have needed to buy longer hoses. There is a curious little cap on the sprayer that I was dying to know what it was for so I pulled it apart and springs and pins went flying when I did. It’s the pins and springs for the lever, so if you’re also dying to know what it is, hopefully you read this review before you took it apart. I do recommend this faucet, I just wish I would have had the foresight to realize the deckplate issue ahead of time. I also wish the sprayer had more pressure, and I wish the hose pulled out. But for the price, quality, ease of install, I think I can live with those issues.

Wonderful
Love ❤️ It! Was easy to install, love how it works! Looks great with the antique sink we just installed and couldn’t find tap set to fit it. Then we saw this set and am so glad we bought it. Looks so expensive but great price! Would recommend ♥️♥️♥️
