The fabric has literally fallen apart. I am very disappointed. UPDATE- The company reached out to me and were extremely kind and understanding. They sent me a whole new couch free of charge , and when I asked if I could get a new couch all together (different style) they sent me the one I wanted! Very thankful for them sending me a new couch and very happy with the new one ! 10/10 customer service. Just don’t order this fabric couch. It was the linen one! The last picture is my new couch. Which I LOVE.

Update July 2025: the company reached out and stated they fixed the issue with the fabric. They gave me a few options and I chose to have a new couch delivered. This was at no cost to me and the company was great with communication. I am going to give the couch another try and will update my review accordingly. Like the first time, it was easy to put together and I still love the features (pullout bottom and storage). Overall, I love the couch. It’s comfortable and the storage is great. The assembly was pretty easy as well. My issue is the quality of the fabric. My household is only myself and son (6 years old). The fabric is beading and coming apart at the seems. I just brought the couch in December so I’ve only had it 6 months. I will have to find a couch cover the fit the couch so it looks presentable, to try to avoid further damage from normal usage, and to get my money’s worth out of it.

We were so excited to get new living room couches. They look beautiful in our living room and very happy with the color and design of the furniture. BUT that’s where it all ends unfortunately! When a person spends almost $1800.00 on some type of furniture you expect it to last more than 6 months. We’re embarrassed now to have people come and visit because the seams on the cushions are starting to come apart and the material is pilling and not wearing well at all. We aren’t the type that have wild parties or misuse our furniture. In fact our old couch set lasted at least 10 years or more so we decided to upgrade, how disappointed we are for having purchased this set. If we had purchased it from the good will I guess we’d have to say we got what we paid for but it wouldn’t have been $1800.00 maybe $200.00. It takes us a long time to save money in this economy right now and are very upset with what we got. I don’t know where to go from here, or how to get in touch with the supplier to see if they could do anything to resolve this issue. PLEASE REPLY and let me know if you will be able to help us. I purchased this couch after looking and comparing couches for two months, I decided on this one based on the reviews and the comments posted. I was however a hesitant about spending that much money for a couch I couldn’t sit on and try. Looked in furniture stores and the prices were twice as much. When the price was reduced on a lightening deal I went for it. It came a week before they said all wrapped together and on pallets. The couch is extremely sturdy! Took four hours to put together with no problem. It is very comfortable! Material is great and the cushions are perfect, not too soft and not too firm. We haven’t purchased new furniture in more then forty years, buying used or taking family hand me downs, so we figured it was time to purchase something new and we are so happy we did!

Honestly I love the couch it’s the perfect size for my family, a little firm but very comfortable! the only issue is the fabric is coming apart we haven’t even had it a month which is sad that’s a lot of money for something that’s already falling apart. It was easy to put together the pull out part was broken when we got it it would get stuck halfway, the storage is amazing! I just wouldn’t recommend because it’s falling apart so soon

My husband and I both agree that we would rate this sectional a “10” if that was an option - we’re that happy with our purchase. The sectional is sturdy and well-made. We also love the fabric - it’s a nice color and feels great. We highly recommend this product and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we will!

The couch itself is really nice. Great size, functionality of the pull out couch and storage space is fantastic! I want to love it so much but the fabric wearing after a year with the couch is very disappointing. There are multiple places where the fabric is ripping at the seams. One spot is largely ripped and padding is coming out from just lack of strength in the seams. First time buying a couch in our marriage and I’m very disappointed with how it’s held up in such a short period of time. UPDATE: The company reached out and rectified the situation! They completely replaced the couch at no charge to me!!! Was absolutely not expecting customer service to be this incredible. Our new sofa arrived in 1 weeks time from when they reached out to me. New sofa is a different material but same incredible functionality as the original. I mean, you can’t beat the blanket storage and pull out bed!!

We bought ours and it was on our doorstep within 10 days. Very good quality, very comfortable. Everything fit together perfectly. It was EXTREMELY easy to put it together too. Our couch had some damage from somewhere along the way and the company did NOT hesitate to make it right. Astounded with how well this company handles in comparison to other anti-consumerism companies out there. Thanks again.
