I Use this in a Toyota and it holds a Glock 30. It’s very secure and the firearm does not move at all, even if manipulated. With that depending on your preference, this thing will not let go of the firearm unless it is moved at the correct angle and with a purpose- you have to put some effort into pulling it out because the magnet is powerful. That’s a good thing if you are concerned about it slipping out (wont happen) but also means if you need to use it, be ready to not be subtle- put some force into it. That also means it will be difficult for anyone to try and grab it from an angle other than yours, which is a good thing. Mounting screws seem sturdy enough as long as you find a good place to put the anchors.

Perfect tool to safely store a weapon in your vehicle. I have one in every one of my vehicles. The magnet is strong and it covers the trigger guard. Highly recommend.

Great product for the price

Let me start by saying this is a great design. The tilt plate allows clearance for your hand to fit around the grip of your firearm without blockage from whatever the magnet mount is mounted to. Some are complaining the magnet is too strong, but if you want to mount any firearm with a can on it, you need a strong magnet. This fits the bill. The issue lies with the lack of any stencil for the anchor pattern, and the "based in America" claim. This item is manufactured overseas, but the company is "based" in USA. Not a problem, but don't slap the claim that you are based in America when no manufacturing is happening here and the item description is clearly Chinglish. You are an importer in America. I have no problem with that model of business and have operated under similar circumstances. The issue lies in the claim. If there was no based in America statement, easy 5 stars.
