What is the best shredder for highly confidential documents?

A P-7 shredder is ideal for extremely sensitive information. It creates ultra-small particles that are extremely difficult to reconstruct, making it a strong choice for classified or high-security documents.

What shredder should I use for classified documents?

For classified documents, look for a high-security P-7 shredder. If you handle U.S. government classified material, also verify that the model meets your agency’s required NSA/CSS standards.

What is the most secure type of paper shredder?

P-7 is the highest paper-security level under DIN 66399. It creates extremely small particles and is designed for documents containing highly sensitive, confidential, or classified information.

Do I need a P-7 shredder for sensitive documents?

You may need P-7 if you handle classified or extremely sensitive information. For general business or personal documents, P-4 or P-5 may be sufficient. Choose the level based on the sensitivity of your data.

What is the difference between a P-7 shredder and a regular shredder?

A P-7 shredder cuts paper into far smaller particles than standard cross-cut or micro-cut shredders, providing a much higher level of document security for sensitive or classified information.
