Very Good and better than Bose in my opinion for max volume.
I had these for almost two years, and they were comfortable and very good. They stopped charging, and Shokz customer service replaced them without issue within a week. In the meantime, These are a better fit than my Bose Open Earbuds Ultra and the sound is much louder than the BOSE where I struggled to get them loud enough. Maybe it's how they fitted into my ear but my preferred earbuds are the SHOKZ. I'm not an audiophile so can't comment on sound quality but they seem fine for me.

SHOKZ OpenFit Air; First Class!
SHOKZ OpenFit Air headphones: I took a long time deciding before purchasing SHOKZ OpenFit Air on the ear headphones. I required a replacement for my Google Pixel Buds 2, which, whilst delivering superb sound, had always been uncomfortable, and seemed to be getting worse. ( For 'best' Id' also got 'on the ear' Sony MX5's, which, whilst being expensive, delivered in spades ). My new SHOKZ OpenFit Air headphones arrived, as expected with Amazon, next day, without problem. These headphones 'paired' very quickly, at the 1st attempt. During continued use connectivity has been rock solid. The first time I put these SHOKZ OpenFit Air's on my ears, they fit. No fiddling about, no fine adjustments, just: fit. You know that saying "You won't even know you have them on"? It's true! With these SHOKZ OpenFit Air - After pausing music, or arriving home: I have forgotten I'd got them on, a few times, now. They are soooo light! I get no 'fit disturbance' when I'm wearing reading or sunglasses. They stay still and don't move during exercise At first, I would worry they would fall out, and now I don't Good sound, too: better, much better than I had expected for 'open fit' Battery life: excellent! I say that SHOKZ OpenFit Air are excellent value for money. So: I have these SHOKZ OpenFit Air, and Expensive Sony 'over ear' headphones. Q: How do they compare? A: Music quality, obviously, Sony, because they are over ear, Sony scores, too, on tricks & gizmos. Q: But: which do I reach for, now? I pick up the SHOKZ OpenEar Air ( almost ) every time! They are lighter, simple ( in a good way ) less fussy, their touch control is better and the sound quality is surprisingly very good. Several hundred £ difference between the two, but for me: best overall is the SHOKZ. Easily. . .

Game changer, would buy again.
Worth every penny, an absolute gold standard after trying so many alternatives!Great and comfortable to wear.Durable and we like that when you place back in the case, they are magnetic.Hearing is clear from the wearer's perspective, the person who is calling sometimes states volume is too low when the volume is high my end and I can hear fine.1/5 calls complain so far.Over all, superb!

Versatile headphones that I cannot put down
Been using these for over a year and have to say, they're hands down by far, the best types of headphones I've ever had. I have a very nice over-ear headphones (high fidelity, amazing sound quality, noise cancelling) that haven't been used ever since I've bought these, because I just prefer the design and the quality of these open-ear headphones.I use them for workouts in noisy gyms, cycling, commuting on train, for daily work calls and just listening to music for hours while working. Everywhere I use them they are just perfect, not a complaint in all this time. The open ear nature allows me to be aware of my surroundings while cycling or running outside. In the gym, turning the volume a bit higher (depending on type of music) can cancel out the surrounding noise.Even my young daughter is using the headphones, and I feel more comfortable with her using them because of the open-ear design. I would rather her use this type of headphones than in-ear or over ear ones. The headphones don't have noise cancelling, which is great for me, as I always turn that feature off.The fit and the design is so good, I sometimes forget I have them on. Used these under hats in the cold seasons or with sunglasses while cycling or glasses while working and I've never had a problem with the fit, they've always felt very comfortable.Sound quality is nice, and the app allows you to play with the equalizer to tailor the sound to your specifications.I usually go through a full charge in a day or so, but they usually come out of the case in the morning and go back at the end of the work day, so battery life is pretty good and haven't seen any decrease since I have them.Since I use the headphones for work, I use the multi-point pairing and the switch between devices can sometimes be tricky, but to be honest, not sure if I blame the headphones or my work laptop. Switching between devices (when it happens) is very fast and seamless.

Shokz so comfortable to use.
These Shokz are very light and as everyone says you do forget that you are wearing them. they sit softly on your ears. Another nice thing is that they fit and have never fell off my ears. I also use a set of Sony WF1000XM5 in ear Buds which are fantastic sounding but I am not comfortable when out walking and have used various tips but sometimes they manage to pop out of my ear and then drop to floor. So far they have survived but very expensive if they break or I loose one. I now use them more at home when sat or pottering about. The design of the Shokz are simple and have responded every time when tapping the edges to control volume and receiving calls. They aren't as powerful in volume strength as my Sony's but im happy to sacrifice this for the feeling of security compared. Obviously the Sony's are stronger in terms of volume as they are in ear buds but I've never failed to struggle to hear my Shokz when outside in noisy environments. I have found that Im starting to use the Shokz more and more as they are so comfortable to wear. They have also been good when someone wants to ask you something or something makes you aware of of your outside environment e.g. walking on busy roads and crossing roads. The App is easy to download and has been simple to use. I like having the opportunity to switch the tones from listening to books and then change to extra bass for music. So far I have enjoyed using these Shokz and have to say wished Id had these along time ago. The battery use has been very good so far, comparable to my Sony's. They are easy to recharge with the included Usbc lead. The paper printed instructions inc are very easy to follow and are repeated on the downloaded App. Overall I would not hesitate to buy again and if I had to make a choice to buying them again as opposed to my Sony's then the Shokz would win. I also have to say that I wear glasses and I have never had any issues when wearing both.

One MAJOR flaw
Used these for year now, mostly for dog walks and runs. Not bad overall, but they have one major flaw so bad I'm going to have to replace them already.First the good. Sound quality is decent. Fit securely. Battery life is good, charge up fast. Solid case to store and charge them in. So all good stuff.Minor flaw, sometimes they don't connect to your phone when you take them out, sometimes they don't disconnect when you put them away. Not a huge deal, just try again and it normally happens as intended on the second go.Now the major flaw, so bad it makes them barely usable for their intended function. If there is ANY moisture at all, it activates the touch controls on them. Not sure if you've been to England, but in the winter it tends to rain a lot. And if you're doing a decent work out, you probably sweat. So you're running along, suddenly the headphone starts beeping and the volume drops. So you stop. Take it off, dry it, start off again, a minute later it starts doing it again. Repeat this for the rest of your run until you get home and can properly dry them off. Or you're on a walk with your hood up in the rain. Should be OK, right? No. The condensation inside the hood triggers them when they brush the inside of your hood. Massively irritating and makes them useless. Now off to find a product with physical buttons instead of touch controls.

Great sound, not very water/sweatproof
Very comfortable and the sound is top level for open ear headphones. Charging is great and last a long time when used the case. However, when using for running, if you get any sort of sweat on them they turn the volume down voluntarily which us pretty annoying. Also, I have then paired with both my phone and my Garmin watch. If I go for a run with them connected to my watch, they continually lose Bluetooth connection at random times. To summarise, great headphones for sound. But don't buy them if you're a runner.

Earbuds that i been waiting for
I have had these earbuds for a few months now, and I am so happy I got them. For years, I have tried earbuds, but they were either too big and fell out of my tiny ears or felt uncomfortable after a short period. I used to get ear infections and trouble in the past, so I had to stick with on-ear or over-ear headphones.I finally got earbuds that can fit in my ears and stay on. I don't need to worry much about them coming off, even with glasses. They are very comfortable; after a while, I don't feel them at all. They sound very good, especially when configuring the app, and I am able to use the controls well. I have handled calls with no issues.I tried the original Shokz OpenFit earbuds in John Lewis, and they didn't fit well. They just flapped around. With this version, which is the cheaper one, they curve into my ears, which gave a much better fit. Much more secure. The case is slim and light. The price and wait were well worth it. It's a solid product that lasts all day. If you can, try these.

Do not purchase these faulty products.
Strongly suggest you do not buy these.I've used these headphones 6-7 times over the last 2 months, for 30-minutes at a time (running!). One of the earphones constantly disconnects from bluetooth, and runs out of battery after 30 minutes of usage. Charging, disconnecting and then reconnecting does not fix the problem.

The best and most comfortable
These wireless earbuds are perfect. Light, comfortable, great sound. So far, I haven't walked into the shower and forgot they were in my ears, but I have gone to bed with them on. They are secure fitting. I've had them for a while and no issue at all. Fast charging also. I'll never stick another bud in my ear, trying to find the perfect size now that I've tried the Open fit.
