Worst product with most worst customer service..Dont buy at all
I suggest people not to buy this pritner or atleast even they give for free dont take it...It stopped working just after 6 months of using and the support centre is not good..they will take on video call and try to sort out..and still you have a issue you have to send it to bangalore for repair which it takes time and also you pay for the charges of atleast Rs 1000 and they dont even update you status whether its recieved or repaired and you dont even get direct number..one person will say do whatsapp and other says message and the other one says email..just to know the status of the printer you have to go around all this people..Even a school graduate understands how to provide a service..just to know the status you have to call this many people and message and write email and yet you dont know and they said it takes 10 days to repair and courier time so imagine how much you have to go through to get it repaired ..The worst customer service I have ever seen in life.
