It works!
I have been using these for decades to help me sleep and they still work. There are no side effects, they are easy to take - slightly sweet tasting and they slowly dissolve under the tongue. I typically sleep deeper and wake up less when I'm on these, not sure how it works but it seems to calm the mind, and I definitely notice the difference in my sleep quality when I've run out. Never makes me feel drowsy and there are no after effects in the morning. Highly recommend.

Didn’t help with anxiety
These didn’t help my anxiety at all. Flavour was ok but feel like this was more a placebo than anything else. When you’re desperate to self help you’ll try anything. So for me it didn’t do what it says on the tin

These tablets have been a lifesaver. I saw them advertised in a magazine and thought would give them a try. They really take the edge off anxiety and panic. They soothe the physical symptoms associated with anxiety and panic. Highly recommend. Buying more already to keep a fully stocked supply.
