Outdoor Liquid Ant Baits

I placed them outside all around our house. At first, it attracted a lot of ants then there were dead ants everywhere and then no more ants. Solved our ant problem.

I thought it was a crazy idea to put ant traps outside, but I couldn’t help but agree with my family that we really did have an inordinate amount of carpenter ants on our back deck. I put three of these out on our back deck in corners where nobody could see them. The amount of ants has definitely decreased. Never had a problem with it before, but this year has been different. I would definitely recommend these to anybody who has an extraordinary amount of ants around their property.

I love these Terro, they seem to be the only thing that kills all the different ants we get around here. Unfortunately one of these came pierced and leaking. It would have been fine if it hadn’t shimmied down to the base units which pierced the thin foil. If they put a piece of cardboard between the base units and the liquid bait, they would travel better.

Good news is, the ants really seem to love this stuff! Bad news, one of the containers became pierced in transit and leaked all over the carton so by the time I picked up the package from my front door it was covered in ants.

Terro products are my go to. We had a very bad ant problem around our pool and I put down four of these around the perimeter and within a day the ants were gone. These are very simple to use and all you have to do is twist the bait into the provided cup and place where you ant issues. I purchased a second box to use around the perimeter of my yard. Not sure why we are having such an ant issue in New Jersey this year, but these seem to be doing the trick.

Wiped out ants in 2 days.
