Anthony's Organic Chlorella Powder, 8 oz, Non GMO, Gluten Free, Broken Cell Wall

The color is deep green and the powder feels fresh and finely milled. It blends into smoothies and juices pretty smoothly without being gritty, especially when mixed with fruit or citrus. The taste is earthy but not overpowering and easy to mask with the right ingredients. The broken cell wall makes it feel easier to digest, and the quality seems consistent throughout the bag. A little goes a long way, so the size lasts a while. Good option if you like adding nutrient dense greens to drinks or daily routines.

I add this to my smoothies for an additional antioxidant boost. This is an excellent quality, small container that is very reasonably priced. Freezing chlorella is not recommended, so reordering the small size as needed better suits my needs.

I love this, just much stronger than the Koran brand I bought last time. So you can only use a small amount and it does loosen the texture of whatever you add it to. So in a cookie batter, the cookies didn’t hold their shape as much and I had to make it into cut and slice bars which is fine. So very good but more potent flavor.

I am very pleased with this product, especially the fact that it mixes so easily and does not have an overpowering flavour. Optionally, I pour juice over it or sprinkle it on the surface of the liquid and let it sit for a few minutes, or I start stirring right away for a minute or so. No lumps after that.
