Question 1

Is anyway the charcoals may be bad? Mine does not light up. They get warm and cooler fast. Am i doing something wrong?

Accepted Answer

Hello,
And thank you for your purchase. The coals need to be lit using a hot plate coil burner or open flame, the coil burner being the best option. Due to this product being completely organic and free of chamicals it will not ignite with a lighter, torch or anything other then the above mentioned methods.
Again this is not a quick lite charcoal. The quick lite charcoals contain chemicals that once a lighter touches it it will ignite itself completely. I recommend using coil hot plate burner or a stove but make sure you ignite them in a well ventilated area. I hope this answered your question

Question 2

Does Superior coco Charcoal contain carbon monoxide when it is burning during smoking ?

Accepted Answer

Things don't contain CO. Carbon monoxide is a chemical produced from the incomplete burning of natural gas or other products containing carbon. This includes exhaust, faulty heaters, fires, and factory emissions.

Question 3

Do you still need to turn these coconut coals and blow off ash mid session? About how many is in the box? Thanks.

Accepted Answer

Hello,
1. It depends on how much heat you desire on the bowl. The best way to use them is to put 2 cubes and leave them alone for about 1hr. After an hr you might need to ash one at a time to adjust the heat.
2. 72 large cubes.
Keep in mind they are not quick lights, you need to use a hot plate burner or stove to ignite them. And do not use until fully lit. This should take about 5-7 min to achieve.
I hope this answered your question

Question 4

Do i still have to use shisha with these?

Accepted Answer

Unsure exactly what you mean by this question... However if you are using the coals to smoke a hookah then you would need shisha in the bowl as well as the coals to smoke
