I purchased this powder to aid with hydration during 2 months of mid 90's temperatures. It tastes good and saved me from energy loss during the intense heat. I noticed a calm, sustainable energy. This is a supplement that mixes easily. I spoon it into sugar-free seltzer creating a fizzy reaction. I pour this into a thermos and drink it throughout the day. The taste is very pleasant. I have reordered.

Its a bit sweet. I add more water Will keep using till container is finished. It gas a pleasant taste.

I’m very happy with this product it is it is helping me stay hydrated which I have very difficult time with. And it tastes fabulous which I’m very happy about highly recommend. I just wish the price was a little cheaper, but still I’m very happy with it.
