After several uses, I’m impressed with how capable the BioLite CampStove is. The fan-assisted burn creates a stable, hot flame that cooks far more evenly than a typical twig stove. I consistently boiled water in under 5 minutes using nothing but dry twigs. The integrated power module isn’t meant to replace a power bank, but it does provide a steady trickle charge while cooking — ideal for keeping small devices topped up. Build quality is excellent, the controls are simple, and the unit feels durable enough for long-term field use. It’s not the lightest stove, and damp wood can reduce performance, but those are expected trade-offs. Overall, an extremely capable and thoughtfully engineered stove for campers who value function and reliability.

Muy buen producto, funciona perfectamente y con poca leña para hacer las comidas. Hemos hecho fideuà y carne a la brasa de momento y han salido estupendos.

fait pas mal de fumée au point de départ mais après un moment ça cuit vite et bien. Le fumé est très sympa, ça chauffe bien de partout (plus à certains endroits mais ça va). Il faut assez peu de buchette de bois (pour l'instant 7 par cuisson pour 3 personnes). Pour le départ je met 2 cubes d'allume feu en bois compressé, vitesse à bloc et ça pars nickel (il faut évidemment que le biolite soit suffisamment chargé au départ, mais après il se recharge bien avec la chaleur). Très sympa et léger pour faire cuire steaks et autre morceaux de viande (pas encore testé saucisse ou brochette ), attention à prévoir le transport de retour il y aura de la suie. Se nettoie bien.

This is one of my go to camp stove now. I have taken this for multiple hikes and kayaking trips. It is bulky and heavy for backpacking stove, but I love the fact that it can charge my electronics with it. I like how the stove itsself nests inside the pot nicely. I can also stuff firestarter, and woodpellet fuel inside of them for transport. Pot is almost like a jetboil. And the cover has apout built into it. I have boiled a lot of water for backpacking meals and it usually is used to make a pot of coffee in the morning. The grill, is again bulky, but it is nice to have when I want to cook nice chunk of meat. It came with a plastic cover so that is good so that it doesn't make mess in my backpack. It has the function of generating electricity and gas built in power bank. I'm not really a guy who reads all the specs and memorize that stuff so I can't give you how many times it charges phone and that kinda stuff, but it definitely helps keeping my phone powered up. I carry actual power bank and solar panel with me besides this for that purpose, but this stove gives me the piece of mind that it is possible to generate more power when the others are depleted. All an all, it is definitely not for lightweight backpackers, but I think it is perfect for car camping, kayaking, and those who don't mind carrying an extra weight and bulk. Money well spent.
