Good value over the single serve sticks. Good flavor. Has really helped me with cramping during long swims and recovery after working/playing in the TX heat.

This was the 4th product I tried on my electrolyte hunt and it's a keeper! I went on a sugar-free diet and also need lower sodium due to kidney stones so this one fits the bill perfectly. I love the flavor and honestly can't tell it's made with stevia...no aftertaste and very sweet. Sometimes I even use less than a full scoop per bottle so you can alter as preferred to get your hydration needs met. The scoop is small and I just use a funnel to get the powder into the bottle mess-free. It dissolves very well, the bubbles subside quickly and with no residue. Love it!!

Easy to mix. Taste great. Definitely get a light blue Gatorade type of vibe. Maintains sweetness even with being zero sugar. I fell no difference in hydration levels but that’s the same as with every electrolyte drink to me. I usually drink this as something casual when I get home. It’s my “healthier” version of sports drinks. The scoop is small but it actually makes it the perfect size to dump the powder into a 16oz bottle water. Sure, sometimes some power falls over the edge but it’s better than a lot of the other scoops out there where you have to use a funnel.

Love this stuff!! I originally got this because i wanted extra hydration minus the excessive sodium that most electrolyte packets have. I put a scoop in my yeti water cup for the day and sometimes a pinch of celtic sea salt and i’m set for the day! I feel definitely more hydrated throughout the day. I workout very often & this is great for post workout! The tiny scoop is actually packed with flavor too and this has helped my boyfriend up his water intake as well. Amazing value for the money with such a great amount it comes with. Will be a repeat buyer for sure!

Easy to dissolve in water, no clumping, hydration is great for the gym. Tastes pretty good, and I have felt no side effects. Buying it again.

Love this flavor! There’s no weird texture or smell to it. I didn’t have any digestive effects which I was so glad! I personally have a weak stomach.

It might take time to get used to the sweetness, but I feel that it does the job. Great for long walks on the treadmill
