Faulty piece received asked for replacement but didn't receive anything from them
The soundify i received was a faulty piece & was not in working condition at all. I had requested for return immediately when I received , I got a MSG saying it will be replaced but till date neither it got replaced nor I'm aware of any refund processed . I had received it on 12 th December..it's been almost more than 20 days , I'm absolutely clueless about everything.

Don't buy very bad get sparked and bursted. I bought another product also same problem having shock still seller not taking return i am going to consumer court
