Cheap duplicate product. Company denied service.
Product burst during within 15min of installation. When i write to Bluevua service, they simply said that is not their original product.

Only 60 LPH machine....not value for money......150 motor attached.... actually it should of 300 to be provided....... overall not value for money.....

No more micro plastics in my water
I gave this a five star because I use it every day and it purifies the water. It gets out so much of the stuff that’s in the tapwater, the fluoride and micro plastics and all the chemicals and whatever is in there and I’ve gotten to the point when I drink water out of a plastic bottle it tastes nasty because I’m so used to drinking this water. I highly recommend the system to everyone because it works and it’s been working for me for almost a year since I got it and I have nothing bad to say about it. The water tastes better. I think it’s a very reasonable price and I think it’s very high-quality and the one thing I like about it is their customer service. You can call them on the phone and that’s a big plus for me.

Excellent extra glass jug
Nice but I had to return the machine was damaged. It was an extra.

It works with the Bluevua Reverse Osmosis machine but has very thin glass so it is very fragile. We have only had the machine for one week but have had to buy a replacement carafe

My favorite purchase this year
I loved mine so much I bought my daughter one! My favorite appliance. No more lugging gallon jugs from the store and having an extra carafe is convenient for keeping ice cold water in the refrigerator.

Five stars is for BlueVua's customer service
The five stars is for BlueVua's customer service. The $30 glass pitcher? Not so much. I broke this replacement pitcher almost immediately: they are tall, thin, and light weight so it only took a slight bump to send it to the floor. I said this in my review and I got an incredibly kind and professional email from BlueVua asking about circumstances and a credit for this broken pitcher. Thank you to them!
