I purchased Flora Fulvic (Fulvic Acid + Humic Acid Complex) while breastfeeding my twins because I was looking for something to support my overall wellness during this stage. My first impression was that it’s easy to incorporate into my routine since it mixes into water without any extra steps. In daily use, I do feel it has been supportive overall, especially during the demands of breastfeeding twins. However, the taste is definitely strong and earthy, and not very pleasant, so it takes some getting used to when drinking it. That said, I usually just mix it into a full glass of water and drink it quickly, which helps. Overall, I think it’s a helpful product and I do use it consistently, but the taste is something to be aware of before purchasing.

FROM DAY ONE- this product has brought me relief.. from BLOATING I use at night a couple hours before bed.. as Late night early morning was my problem.. Pain from immense pressure build up.. Sleeping was negatively being affected. As a Person with Hastimotos.. my gut has been having issues with digestion for years without me understanding.. my inability to digest foods and absorb minerals like Magnesium).. Took digestive enzymes and do on occasion. LONG of it .. 3 weeks no Bloat ! Seriously even when I awake in the night that I feel void of gas ..And their is no pain and stress of bloating I pray this doesn’t change. I started this product 3 weeks ago. At 1/2 tsp Now started the 1 tsp. ( I’ve just started back on my amino acids .. and will add by saying TAURINE ( powder) in am - combined with This Extract at night .... things are moving and the worry of ( DIGESTION ) is like it was not even an issue.. The product does have a bitter taste, which may be difficult to overcome. I’ve tried other brands that tasted even worse. Despite the taste, I can feel a noticeable difference after using this product. I mix the daily dosage with a 16-ounce water bottle, add one packet of organic stevia, and shake it well. This reduces the bitterness significantly, allowing me to drink it without gasping.

I was detoxing not realizing i need to take a binder as well. I started having brain fog but after taking this product it slowly faded.

I don't know if it's working yet....update later after 1 month, then I will know. BUT...after reading the label it sounds perfect for me. IT IS NOT BITTER. It has very little taste at all but it is ASTRINGENT. The peeps who are calling it bitter are ignorant of taste. We have : Sweet, Sour, Bitter, Umami and Salty. "They" took bitter out of our diet because it has healthy minerals and replaced it with more sugar. I put the recommended 1 teaspoon in a very small glass of water and take it like a shot, I follow it with about 4 ounces of water. The feeling of ASTRINGENT lingers in the mouth for about 15 seconds or less. Eat a grape, swig of coffee, bite of toast and it's gone. NO big deal at all. Astringent feels like all the saliva has dissipated from your mouth, a temporary dry feeling soon gone.
