Solid, eye-catching, great price
Perfect fit for my Volvo and I love the color. So easy to spot in a sea of black and chrome. Great deal!

Perfect!
Just what I needed. Changing the oil in my wife’s Dodge Caravan requires a 24mm socket for the oil filter cap. Since I didn’t have one, I’ve been using an SAE sized socket, which is a little loose, 1/2” drive, heavy, and makes the job cumbersome. I stumbled across this, and I thought it was just what I needed. I like that they’re available in multiple colors. I chose the green, because it would be easy to see against all the black under the hood, and also stand out when I went looking for it when I needed to put it to use. For me, the color is ideal. It really jumps out! I also like that it’s 3/8” drive. Most sockets this size are 1/2” drive which is way heavier duty than I need for the intended application. The socket itself is lightweight anodized aluminum. Plenty sturdy for removing the plastic oil filter housing cap. Fit is good, too. It’s one of those little single purpose tools that are totally worth having to save the headache of not making do with something that only sort of works. I’m glad I bought this…it’s perfect!

Makes short work of an oil change
This fits the oil filter housing in our SQ5. Works great and the sizing is perfect. I like that it's a bright color in case the kiddo drops it down the engine bay when teaching how to do an oil change in this car. Don't ask...it happened. Easily snaps on and off the torque wrench. Thankfully, it's metal that a magnet can grab so the belly pan didn't have to be removed when it got dropped down in the engine bay.

Saved my plastic oil filter cap. A must-have for Chrysler owners.
I struggled for a long time trying to remove the plastic oil filter cap on my Chrysler. I almost broke it a couple of times using the wrong tool. My friend told me to buy this socket. I was worried because it's aluminum. I thought it might not be strong enough. But it works great. What's good: The 24mm low profile fits perfectly on the plastic cap. The aluminum is strong — it grips the cap well without damaging it. 6-point design gives good grip, won't strip the plastic. I bought it once and use it every time now. How I use it: I only use this socket for removing the oil filter cap. Nothing else. I don't want to break it. Bottom line: If you have a plastic oil filter cap (especially on a Chrysler), buy this socket. It will save you from breaking an expensive part. One of those tools you don't need often, but when you need it, you're glad you have it.

Perfect Tool for the Job – Compact, Durable, and Well-Made
I bought this 32mm oil filter socket specifically for my VW TDI, and it worked like a charm. The low-profile design is a lifesaver—there’s barely any clearance where the oil filter sits, and this tool fit in perfectly without me having to wrestle with it or remove other parts. The quality is excellent—it’s made from aerospace-grade aluminum, which means it’s both lightweight and solid. The anodized finish looks great and gives me confidence it won’t rust or degrade like some cheaper tools I’ve used in the past. The 6-point hex design grips the cap snugly and doesn’t round it off, even with decent torque applied using a standard 3/8" ratchet. I’ve already used it on a couple different vehicles (including a BMW and a Chevy) and it hasn’t slipped once. It’s a small tool, but it solves a big headache. For anyone doing their own oil changes—especially if you're dealing with tight engine bays—this socket is 100% worth it. Bonus points for the bright green color—it’s easy to find in the toolbox! Highly recommend.

Fits perfectly
Works exactly as expected. Fits the 32mm oil filter housing perfectly and makes removal quick without slipping or rounding. Feels solid and well-made for the price. Used it for an oil change and it saved a lot of time compared to a strap wrench. Simple, effective tool—glad I bought it.
