Can't go wrong with Motorcraft parts
Fit exactly and worked with no problems. I put this on a 1992 Ford F150 4X4 with the E4OD transmission, this is only for transmissions with the extended depth Transmission pan.

OEM Motorcraft part
Great price on a Motorcraft part. I put it on my 03 F-350 4x4 Super Duty with the 4R100 automatic transmission. Just be aware that there is also a similar part with a shorter pickup tube for the 2wd trucks. This one fits 4x4. The original gasket is a reusable one. So unless yours is damaged or has been replaced with a standard one, this is all you need.

1996 E4od auto trans filter
This is a perfect oem replacement for the e4od trans. This is for a 4x4 deep pan. It will NOT work with a 2wd vehicle, this has a deep draw.

Inspect product, when opened noticed seal half off. Pricing was good though. And fit as should. Trans shift now.
