Best Deal for Cable Rack
This is my 3rd rack. First I had a titan standalone rack, then I had the basic Mikolo folding rack before this. The last Mikolo one was very stout and I was happy with it, but no cables. Finally decided to upgrade and this is really worth it. Had about 2 weeks now and everything works great and I can do almost any exercise I want. Very happy with it. You do have to buy some cable attachments, new spotter bars, and I would get new J hooks- the ones that come with it do work, but are not great. Overall amazing deal really. Home gym without any hassle.

What a beast!
I’ve been using this rack for the past 1.5 years and it is by far the best investment I’ve made for my home gym. Small enough to install in the back of my garage and still able to pull my car in without collapsing the unit down. It handles a lot of weight efforts - both on bar and cables. For the price, you can’t go wrong. Also, another valuable mention. It is still rust free! I live in SWFL right on the gulf and it’s still like new.

Well built but poor quality control. Great customer service solved my problem.
UPDATE #2: The replacement part solved my problem. The rack now performs the way I had expected it. Unfortunately, I had to partially disassemble the rack to install the part but they offered me a gift for my inconvenience. Overall, I'm happy with the product and my experience and would likely purchase additional Mikolo products. UPDATE #1: Mikolo has reached out to make things right. They are sending a replacement weight holder which will hopefully remedy the situation. I'm hopeful this fixes my issue, although I'm not looking forward to unmounting half my squat rack from the wall. Will return with results. ORIGINAL: At first, I was surprised at how sturdy and seemingly well built the rack was. It also had a lot of features I was interested in: fold away, adjustable feet, cable pulley system. Once mounted to the wall, it's locked in. I have no doubt I can put a lot of weight on the weight holders and they would not have any issues supporting the weight. There were a few parts with the coating chipped off, but since this is being installed indoors (air conditioned) I didn't have any concerns about rusting so I let it slide. Then my concerns about purchasing the cheapest item on Amazon in a product category became reality. The precision of the manufactured parts doesn't appear to be very tightly controlled. As can be seen in the picture, one of the two weight holders is too tight around the guide rod. When no weight is present, it does not return to the bottom starting position. When lifting weight, the additional friction makes the weight feel completely different from the other side - a big problem when attempting exercises that use both pulleys at once (ie. chest flyes). When lower weight, there is almost no effort required because there is too much friction. I contacted Mikolo and their recommendation is to oil it. I'm willing to give it a shot but not convinced it will remedy the situation. And of course, I don't have the boxes any more to return (my own fault) if it doesn't solve the issue. Will return with updates.

Love this at home gym
It’s perfect!! 10/10 there are so many options for additional attachments. The foldability is perfect, this photo is right after installing it into the garage. It didn’t take too long to put together, the fit is great, it works smoothly and it’s perfect for an at home use.

Perfect at home gym
I had my doubts about this rack because of the price. But I will say it has surprised me. I go to commercial gyms and got this for my wife and days I’m running slim on time. The instructions aren’t the best but I found a video on YouTube that makes it easy. Everything is high quality, and I get great workouts with it! I love being able to fold it up in under a minute to clear room in my garage. Some people say to replace the pulleys with aluminum ones, but after oiling the bar the weight slides on, I don’t notice too much of a difference from the cables at a commercial gym. I’d recommend this rack with cables to anyone! Well worth the money compared to a standard Rogue squat rack only.

Sturdy and compact workout solution to my compact garage
I bought this folding rack as a solution for my limited garage space. I really needed to get back "under the bar", squats, deadlifts, pullups, and cable-work. This rack does all this better than my old huge rack for less cost. I really like the construction and how easily you can go from one setup to the other. Mokolo has a great online installation manual, which I recommend using over the print version. The parts all move smooth and are sturdy for what they do. My only complaint is the installation kit comes with only the mounting hardware for cement walls. In the case of my garage, it was cement block at the bottom and drywall at the top so I had to buy some hardware for the top portion. If you are unfamiliar; you'll want to buy and install a runnerboard most likely. You can look up the steps pretty easily on YouTube or similar. Summing up; I'm really happy with this piece of hardware. It's letting me cover all my strength training bases without having to dedicate half my garage to it.

It’s Ok
It’s ok, I guess. I’ll explain why I like it and why I don’t like it. More con’s than pro’s but I’ll share it all. Why I like it: - It fits in my garage with my car, even though I have a very small garage. - The foldable feature is very helpful to save space. - It seems sturdy enough for my to do pull ups (I weigh 170lbs) - It’s visually appealing in the garage instead of a random bench press. Why I don’t like it: - The installation is HARD. Hired a high-rated guy off task rabbit and it took him 5 hours. Mostly issues with the anchoring but it’s not an easy installation like other reviews say. - The pulley system is so bad and there’s tons of resistance. It’s basically unusable. I wish I got the one without the pulleys. - The folding system is awful since the bottom scrapes the floor and it’s a pain in the ass to screw it and unscrew it. I wish I got the fold down ones from another competitor even though it’s more money. I guess for the price it’s ok, but I when I move from this apartment and buy a house, I will buy a real system. This is very temporary.

I would save up for a slightly nicer rack instead
Overall it’s okay. I’m a wood worker and have a bunch of tools that made this easier to install. Might not be so easy for someone with minimal tools. PROS: • inexpensive • foldable • load bearing • easy assembly (with 2x6 stringer) CONS: • pulleys jam up really bad. Aluminum pulley wheels won’t necessarily fix this issue either. Should be made with linear bearings for better weight distribution since the issue lies with the trolley. It’s plastic sliding against metal. • you have to meticulously remove the pull up bar any time you wanna fold in the rack. It’s so annoying trying to get it lined up when you want to re-install it. Should be spring loaded. • re-adjusting the feet every time you fold it in and out. Also should be spring loaded. Silver lining: Even though I don’t like how poor quality the cable system is, I guess resistance is the name of the game in building muscle, so I’m also trying to see it as a feature, not a bug. It’s also super cheap so you get what you pay for. I wish I would have saved up for a nicer rack and gotten that instead.

I've had this rack setup for about a week now, with a few workouts done. So far I am happy with the build quality and performance, especially at the discounted price of 699$ CAD I got it for. PROS - build quality is solid, but a step below commercial. - lots of functionality - good value - pulley action is smoother than expected (relative to other reviews). We did lubricate the track as recommended. Cons -installation instructions are a bit confusing at times. Certain pulleys need to be removed to get the cables in place. They could've just had you install those pulleys later. Measurements are given in inches, but with decimal places, which isn't very helpful. They were probably converted from metric. But saying 42.75" or whatever, is not helpful. I ended up not using them at all. Installation instructions are given for concrete walls only. Which is fine, but lag screws, presumably for installing into wood studs, are included but that's not mentioned anywhere. Installation definitely needs two people. I'm pretty happy with this product so far. I have not used the fully extended setup for this and don't really plan to. The standard power rack setup suits my needs perfectly. Ps, if you plan to install onto a non-concrete wall, run 2*6" stringer board into your studs and then bolt the rack to the stringer board. Plenty stable that way. Also, initial experience with customer service was excellent. They contacted directly to let us know it has shipped and replied promptly to questions. Some reviewers said otherwise, so I just wanted to give my experience. I wasn't missing any parts or hardware. Would recommend. Just make sure you're a bit handy and have some tools on hand like a drill and ratchet set.
