Package a bit smaller than anticipated, but good for adding to stew - odd, though; according to the "Not Yet Shipped" part of the "Orders" page, it arrived before it shipped. You get the feeling that this sort of thing will become more common - perhaps in more dangerous ways - as corporations use AI and similar tools to boost profits by shoving employees's noses even further to the grindstone before tossing them off the train.

I really like this miso powder for making a quick soup base. It can be added to hot water with tofu, veggies, anything you like. The flavor is good. I still use a little miso paste and bouillon powder to enhance the flavor. However this is great for on the go or make ahead applications. Even though it was a little pricey, I have found that it lasts a long time.

It's not like red miso paste, but has some of the flavor. Much more convenient to use.

This Red Miso Seasoning is very flavorful, I add it to my chicken broth for a rich flavor, it is delicious.
