There really is no taste!
I just added the first scoop to my coffee and there is no hint of a different taste, and it dissolved quickly. I'll try to remember to report back in a month or so.

Nasty
This collagen powder leaves a nasty taste in every drink you mix it in. It does not mix well in coffee. Even worse is the smell.
