Great Ab Roller with Comfort and Assist
This ab roller is way more comfortable than the old-school ones. The elbow pads give great support, so I’m not straining my arms or shoulders like before. What really surprised me was the way the wheel rolls forward with a little assist—makes the movement smoother, especially when you're getting tired or just starting out. You still feel the burn, but it helps you push a little further. Solid construction, good design, and definitely worth it for home workouts.

Love for core!
This ab roller is my go to for core work. I'm up to 120 repetitions. With the spring I can get down and up comfortably. I don't use the timer because I don't need it and I can't get it to work anyway. Don't tilt your head down too far if you have long hair cuz it will roll up in the wheel! I know it works because I am was very sore when I first started. I don't get sore now because I'm used to it.

It works
Works as advertised, abs a little sore after the first day and I didn’t do that much, my back didn’t hurt from it either. The elbow rests are comfortable and it comes with a small pad for your knees which is a nice touch.

Easy to use
The Ab Wheel Roller with Elbow Support is a game-changer for core workouts! The added elbow support provides great stability and reduces strain on my wrists, making each roll smooth and controlled. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and delivers serious results. Highly recommend for anyone looking to strengthen their abs safely and effectively!

I’m really happy with this ab wheel!
I’m really happy with this ab wheel! The elbow supports make it feel much more comfortable and stable than a traditional ab roller, especially when doing multiple repetitions. I also like the four-wheel design because it provides extra balance and makes me feel more secure during the exercise. The automatic rebound feature is helpful and makes the movement smoother, while I can definitely feel my abs and core working. It’s also compact enough to use at home without taking up much space. Overall, it feels sturdy, easy to use, and is a great way to add more core exercises to my workout routine. I’m very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it!

Good
I guess I have strong abs because it’s ez for me. A friend tried it and struggled heavily. I put my knees up on a raised surface to the device, and roll out, and feel it much more than just doing it with my entire body on the floor

Yep bo to dumb timer
Im slowly seeing results and it does do some damage 5 mins a day then 6 then 7 going on eight and you do get a work out but my only beef is the stupid timer why make such a dumb place to put it like I don't get it it falls out and the battery comes out it's dumb loose it or build a better holder I hate it but the machine I like

Works well for what it is
This is good for beginners or people with back issues however, if you’ve used a regular ab-wheel and can hit 15 to 20 reps you will likely find this too easy.
