Despite careful handling, as instructed, and wiping with olive oil, the non-stickiness didn't work.

Love this! Best lil frypan I've come across. We use it for our eggs every morning, cooks them beautifully and there's no sticking or mess left in the pan. Very happy!

A frigideira é excelente, se usada e lavada com os devidos cuidados(lavar com a parte macia da esponja e nunca fritar nada sem lubrificar um pouco a superfície com azeite /manteiga/gordura). Se mantiver ela sempre limpa e com a superfície lubrificada com algum óleo, funciona perfeitamente, o pouco que gruda, sai com a espatula facilmente. Até queimei um pouco de chocolate e goiabada sem querer nas bordas dela e só deixei de molho uns minutos na água, saiu muito fácil. É um pouco mais pesada que as frigideiras comuns, mas é até melhor pra evitar acidentes. Apareceu uma mancha na parte de baixo logo nos primeiros usos, com alguma coisa que derramei e não vi, mas acho que é tranquilo de remover a mancha, eu é que não parei pra pesquisar como fazer. Fora isso, recomendo muito, principalmente por não ser teflon.

I love this pan so much! I've had issues in the past with small 8" pans having handles that are too heavy, which make them tip over very easily. Not with this pan! The pan has some heft to it, so it will stay where it's supposed to. The non-stick is superb! Best thing about this pan though?? There are no rivets on the inside of the pan! It makes it so much better to cook with and clean, thanks to a completely smooth interior. Since this is a small pan, it's hard to really judge heat distribution, but I'm going to take a chance and pick up some of the other larger sizes. The pricing on all the Rio pans is excellent. I also love the Turquoise color. I will definitely be buying the rest of the Rio set! (Full disclosure: I won't ever use the spatula as I hate cooking utensils that aren't entirely coated in silicone and instead are in two pieces. They didn't have the Turquoise color without the spatula in stock.)

A very reliable frying pan. Much better than most of the more expensive brands.
