Very straightforward and does what it’s supposed to! All I did was plug it into my computer that doesn’t have a bluetooth chip in it- and within seconds, my computer was picking up bluetooth devices around me, my bluetooth device (a controller) connected seamlessly and works perfectly!

Great usb Bluetooth dongle for motherboards without Bluetooth I've been using it for awhile and never had any issues I simply lost it after re building my PC in a new case so I need a new one, it's also a bonus that its so cheap yet works great without any issues so it makes it easy to replace if you lose it unlike others that are $50-70 in price and installing it is incredibly easy all you need to do is plug it in and windows will automatically connect it.

The UGREEN USB Bluetooth adapter is the perfect solution for a computer without built-in Bluetooth. It’s plug and play, meaning it works instantly upon first use. The size is perfect, not hogging up other USB ports. I’ve had no problems since buying it and fully recommend it.

Worked perfectly out of the package. I plugged it in and the PC immediately recognized it. I was connecting my wireless controller in minutes. Perfect tech!

I've been trying to find a decent bluetooth adapter for Linux Mint 21.3 for months. Went through five different adapters with no luck. They would usually pair, but reconnecting would fail, or they would fill the log with hci errors trying to pair. Sound would stutter and distort or just not work at all. This one (UGREEN USB Bluetooth 5.3 Adapter) is awesome. It works perfectly. I can unplug it and plug it back in and my headset re-connects without any problems. Powering off the headset and back on again automatically connects back up. I also have a bluetooth (D30) label printer that connects without any issues right on power up. I bought two more of these adapters to throw in my desk draw. Well worth the price.

So out new awesome computer was perfect, except for one thing. It absolutely would not detect ANY bluetooth devices. And yes, we did ALL troubleshooting for it. I gave up and just bought this. Not complicated to set up AT ALL! The only thing you have to do is disable whatever bluetooth receiver you have (under device manager, click bluetooth, righr-click "disable device" and hit okay. Then all u have to do is plug this into any USB port on your pc, pull up your normal standard bluetooth from the taskbar, and click "add new device." It'll start scanning for bluetooth! That easy!!!! Worked like a charm for my Bluetooth headset that didn't come with Bluetooth adapter! Plug and play right out of the package!

Works well with Windows and has good connectivity. It’s incompatible with Linux though.

I originally bought the UGREEN Bluetooth 5.3 USB Adapter with the intention of using it for my PS5 to connect AirPods. That use case didn’t end up working as expected, so it didn’t fully meet that specific need. That said, the adapter itself seems well made and easy to use. It’s compact, plugs in without any hassle, and feels like a solid little device. I haven’t run into issues with build quality or setup on compatible devices. Even though it didn’t work for my intended setup, I can see it being useful in other situations where Bluetooth connectivity is needed. It’s one of those small tech accessories that may come in handy later on for a different use case. Overall, it didn’t work for what I bought it for, but it still seems like a decent and reliable adapter for general Bluetooth use.

Plugged it in and it worked straight away. Product feels expensive, as in no cheap plastics. It felt robust.

there is a well known issue of cracking audio on Windows 11 laptop to Bluetooth headphones, my Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Headphones worked perfectly with my Android phone but when connected to laptop via Bluetooth I got very loud cracking interruptions to both mp3 running locally & streaming YouTube videos every few minutes. Connected this dongle and have not had any audio issues whatsoever since !
