Yes. I’ve taken it everywhere with me. Just make sure you have your adapter

How do you activate "always on" mode?

I own a previous Xiaomi 20,000mah power bank that had that mode to charge/ power devices that draw too little current to keep ordinary power banks on. I do not know if this power bank has that feature. On the older power bank I own always on mode is engaged by pressing the power button twice. All the charge indicator lights will blink. I think it stays on for two hours at a time in this mode. I found this mode invaluable for charging my juul vape pen. It would also come in handy for something like string lights. More power banks should really include this feature.

Does this power bank support pass through charging. Meaning I can charge the power bank and draw power from it at the same time?

I believe so. The charge lasts a really long time.
