This was awesome in eliminating the black around my shower basin. I could not believe how well it worked. I left it overnight. There were 2 little areas that required a second application but, POOF, it was gone in a few hours. Bonus...it doesn't seem to be coming back!

I use a front load washer and we all know that they house water and are susceptible to mold growth if not cleaned regularly and ventilated (door left open after each use). The smell and black mold growth is difficult to eliminate. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I should with this product because after many years of meticulous upkeep, I finally found a product that GENUINELY WORKS! While the price is high $8.99 a container and I needed to use 100% of it, well worth it. Every speck of mold is gone. I have no mold odor. First time in years. Here’s my tips. Read the directions. Wear gloves (low odor chemicals). Squeeze gel product using the awesome nozzle (pro tip) into every rubber lip and cranny. I let the product work its magic for 12 hours. After the wait, I rubbed the gel into all cavities with micro fiber towel. Removed the last chunks residual mold. Use the product on the glass door (it came out sparkling!). Lastly- use your maintenance product (Affresh or Tide front load washer maintenance packets) and run a clean cycle to remove the residual gel. Your washer and clothes will thank you. Again, I am extremely satisfied with the product. FYI It’s NOT made in USA, just distributed here. Ingredients are listed on the box. Very low odor product - use as prescribed and use ventilation plus again, wear gloves and avoid skin contact. I wish you a great day.

i inherited a older, neglected (but still running perfectly) maytag front loader washing machine. the machine is around 14 years old. due to it’s age, the door gasket technology was very new at the time, and they hadn’t quite figured out how to keep the door gasket from molding. while no mold came off in my laundry, it just looked bad and i wanted to try something to get rid of the mold. these were very old mold stains. i went ahead and spread the gel, and at first let it sit for 6 hours. wiped away per instructions. i would say a good 30 percent or so of the mold was removed, but still some remained. 2nd application i let sit for around 24 hours, and even more of the mold was removed. I think due to age, i won’t be able to remove the rest.. but im fine with it. i ran 2-3 clean cycles to ensure all the gel was removed. if you catch the mold early, i feel this will remove ALL the mold, but if your machine is older and neglected like mine is, you may have no choice but to replace the door gasket. i think most people reading this are in the camp of just when the mold starts appearing and not having to deal with 12 year old stains. i did notice that after using this the amount of water left over at the end of the cycle was around 90 percent less than before i used the gel. all in all i would say go ahead and order this. i think i will use the rest of the tube, and see if i can’t get the more stubborn stains out. very reasonably priced product that works pretty well!

Like the title says, this stuff works. I used it to remove mold stains from the seal around my washing machine. Left it on for 12 hours and was able to easily wipe the stains away with a cloth.

Shower caulking mold stains: gone. Vinegar didn't work. Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda didn't work. Sugelary? Yes, sir. 3-5 hours after application and the stain was gone. I would give it six stars if the name was easier for me to say.

Wow!! I had some stubborn mold stains in the lining of my washer. I left this gel on for about 12 hours. I wish I had taken a photo because it looks brand new!! I can’t believe how well it worked. No scrubbing involved. I did run a clean cycle after wiping it down to be sure all of the gel came off. Would definitely recommend

Although the gel stays where you put it, it was not totally effective in removing the mold in the rubber gasket of our front loading washer. It basically removed about 50% of the mold even though all visibly moldy areas were treated. The product was left in place for 7 hours (directions say leave on for 5 to 8 hours). The directions say that you should reapply if it doesn’t work but there were areas where it was not even partially effective so I’m not sure why a second application would cause a better result. If you do use it, I recommend using disposable gloves.

My upright washer is a pain to clean so I thought I would give this a try. Reading the reviews I was hopful. Following the instructions I made sure everything was dry for applying. I put on a thick layer of this gel where there were dark spots and let it sit over night before whipping it away. Did it make a difference, sure. Did it come clean, absolutly not. Maybe with continual use the effected areas will become totally clean. It is easy to use though. Its worth trying, especially if your washer is new and you use it regularly.

Compré el Sugelary Limpiador de Gel para Moho para limpiar mi lavadora de carga frontal y sinceramente superó mis expectativas. Tenía bastante moho acumulado en la goma y en las áreas difíciles de alcanzar, y después de aplicar el producto y dejarlo actuar mas de 24 horas, el moho desapareció casi por completo. Excellent! I had lots of dark spots on my shower surround which had been there for years! With 2 lots of this they are gone!!!
