Actually Works! Fun Gift!
Perfect STEM gift for a Star Wars kid! Easy way to build on science skills and an easy activity. Prep is minimal and took about 20 minutes. Child loved watching it grow as it actually worked!

Garbage
Garbage. Does not grow, just forms a crust on the edges of the cups. Super disappointed 8 year old who wanted to grow a “Kyber crystal.” Do NOT buy this. Wish I could get a refund.

What is this?
These grew crystals but nothing like what they show in the picture. There’s no way that we can just pop them out and display them on the light. Save your money and try something else. We had fun making them but when they started to grow it was all over the sides. It looks more like corral than crystal.

Wish I read the reviews because it doesn’t grow
The crystals only “grow” on the bottom of the container. It is completely solid so you can’t even take a “crystal” out to put on the stand. You don’t get anything remotely close to the advertisement. Complete waste of money.
