I must explain why I gave this item such a low rate. I purchased a KitchenAid and lost the charging dock. I researched the product on Amazon to find a replacement dock so that I can use the blender. After checking all of the stats, this should have been the correct replacement charging dock, but it was not able to charge the blender...it didn't even fit it. Like the wrong dock all together. I would have returned it but I didn't realize it until after the time to return had passed.

No Battery - and you can't buy one from Amazon at all!!
Completely preposterous that both this charger, described as a charger AND battery actually has no battery AND that the cordless blender itself as sold on Amazon also HAS No Battery or charger!!! In other words you can buy both separate items from Amazon and still not have a functioning product AND (yes it gets worse) even when discovering this you actually cannot buy the battery at all on Amazon!!!! Shame on both Amazon and KitchenAid for allowing such incredibly unacceptable situation for going on for so long.

Oh rather unhappy, listing says battery and charger, then in the next line says battery sold separately. Bought this and a blender and do not have a battery. Can mot rate the product. But product wording is poor at best and intentionally misleading at worst.
