Great watch for young kids giving them some independence while also giving us parents some peace of mind! We got a cheap SIM card & popped it into the watch. The imoo app is relatively straightforward to setup & connect to the watch. We got this as our daughter is going to be walking to school on her own now & we can easily check on her location using the app which gives us a real-time & pretty accurate image of where she is on a satellite image map. She can call us, send us voice or video messages & take photos from the watch. As a parent we can call her like we would any other phone from our contacts or video call/message from within the app. She can only call numbers that we add through the app & we can connect other family members like grandparents through the app too to form family group chats which is nice. All in all a great device with lots of functionality. Brilliant as a go between before giving your child access to a smart phone & social media, while still being able to easily stay in contact & locate them.

I didn't want to give him phone and this watch seems to meet my expectations. One of the standout features for me is the real-time GPS tracking. It provides peace of mind knowing that I can easily monitor my son's location at any time. I am hoping the accuracy of the tracking is spot-on which i can only tell after few weeks usage. The two-way calling feature is also pretty good though. My child can easily call me or any other pre-approved contacts, which is very reassuring. Based on my usage until now, the battery life is another area where the IMOO Z7 shines. As a parent, I was really hesitant to get my 9-year-old a smartphone. The imoo Watch Phone Z1 has been the perfect solution, giving us all peace of mind and my child the independence to contact us. What We Love: Safety First, Always: This is the biggest win. The "No Stranger Calls" feature is brilliant—only the contacts I approve can reach my child. Plus, the Class Mode is a game-changer. I set the school schedule in the app, and during those hours, the watch is just a watch (but can still call us in an emergency!). Zero classroom distractions. Accurate GPS Tracking: The location feature is reliable. Video Calls That Work: I was skeptical about the camera on a watch, but the 2MP wide-angle lens is clear enough for quick HD video calls. Fantastic Battery Life: Compared to other kids' watches I researched, the Z1 lasts ages. We usually get a solid two to three days of normal usage, which means I'm not scrambling to charge it every single night. That alone is worth the price. The Only Downside: It is a bit chunky! On her small wrist, it looks quite big, but she honestly doesn't seem to mind, and I guess that bulk is what makes it so durable.

Very unhappy, after 6 months of using the watch with no problem. The watch stopped registering the sim card. Watch is unusable, customer services non existent because we didn't purchase extended warranty. Cant even contact the seller. Contacted Imoo Store directly as advised by Amazon, but been told they cant do anything because I have not purchased the watch directly through their website!!! Surely the expected live span for watch should be more than 6 months and seller warranty hence should be longer than just one month!!! Very dissapointed

Sometime back have bought Z1 for my son and I really liked it. Z7 is a good upgrade for my son. This watch has some features that are really useful for any parent. Excellent safety features - Anyone who is not in the contact list cannot make calls to child. No spam calls, no strangers’ calls... GPS location tracking is good and accurate (Z1 has better indoor GPS tracking) It has good battery life (Z1 has better life) Video calling is really good. It tracks the steps and informs how active was the day. It is very comfortable to wear. Pretty good camera. Parent's app has complete control on the watch. Touch screen is very responsive. No lag at all. It is a reliable watch. This is a good choice for any parent who is looking for a GPS tracking watch Items arrives in good packaging and quick shipping.

A note on service: The delivery by Amazon was prompt, and the seller (imoo-watch-phone) provided prompt and helpful support when we had a couple of queries. Improvement area: If parents can start the cam or can take pics from the app to know about kids whereabouts in case kid is busy or not reachable. This watch fully justifies its cost with the features it provides. My daughter loves wearing it, and we are thoroughly satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended!

Good Product, using this with a GoMo SIM, which required the APN settings to be manually imputted. But once the correct settings were applied the watch resolved the time sync and messaging issues. Price seemed reasonable, and my daughter (age 10) is really pleased with it.

The watch doesn’t connect to the network after every 2 - 3 days, hence rendering the watch useless in tracking or calling. It’s basically unreliable. It’ll can’t say whether it has better network connections with higher models, but the Z1 just sux

I bought these for my 12-year-old to track location and stay in contact. The first unit kept freezing randomly — completely unresponsive, even with 70–80% battery. Only connecting to the charger would bring it back to life. I returned it and ordered a brand new replacement — and guess what? Same issue. Random total freezes, requiring a charger to reboot. Now imagine this: your child is out, and the watch freezes. No GPS. No calls. No way for them to reach you. What’s the point then? These are marketed as a safety device for kids — but if it freezes silently and becomes unreachable, that defeats the whole purpose. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend.
