Recovery is a given – especially after long training sessions and strenuous exercise. The four-person sauna has become my favorite place to relax and sweat after a hard day. Setup was surprisingly easy even in my small space and the extra large size means I don’t feel cramped, even when I invite a friend over.

I'd recommend these insulated tents. They are very useful, we used ours as a winter office in a large unheated commercial unit. Unfortunately not a great experience with this seller.. It does state in the item it is frequently returned which isn't a good sign and ours does actually look like it is a used briefly and returned item. It had a hole in one window and some seams had opened and was dusty. So used - not new. Unfortunately Amazon couldn't help other than returning it for a replacement but if they send returned items out for new orders that's probably why. Good concept just should of bought from a different seller.

This sauna works incredibly well, it can accommodate up to 4 people easily, it was very easy and quick to set up when following instructions, it only took few minutes to do so, most favorite part of this sauna is that it heats up very quickly, it is spacious and very efficient so its definitely worth the price!

I got the sauna tent and it looks great. I have to say I am very impressed! The heat is real. My friends often come to the sauna and ice baths. Great quality for the price and very easy to use!

Very thick and strong material, it all pops up and folds don't (no need to set up poles or anything) i will say it takes abit of force to open it up it took me 20mins of wrestling with until I figured out that doing all the sides first makes it simple and took like 2 minutes haha. Definitely recommend it's light enough that when folded you could take it to a creek or a beach and enjoy a sauna in nature.

The windows didn't even last a year, they turned yellow and the fabric is not fireproof
