Well I'm sure the bulbs are fine. Had one burn out and bought a set. But the transformer took a turn south and I gave all of it to my neighbor who recommended the unit, for parts. Going LED now.

So the bulb in my flowtron went out after 6 years. This one popped right in and is zapping as we speak, we will see how long it lasts.

Factory suspect Flowtron bulbs?
Last year new bulb failed after 200 hrs....Buy new replacement bulb this year and box has been opened and bulb has been removed put back into bubble wrap...and may have used....called Flowtron ........why try another bulb with torturous returns to Amazon and supplier insulated from complaints

Need one each summer Exact fit - buy two put one where you can find it so you’ll have a spare light.
Good light replacement for buglight. Lasted one summer then I bought another for this summer.

Great product!!
Our bug zappers are a treasured tool against mosquitoes, black flies, deer flies and horse flys. The bulb replacements are integral to maintaining this tool. We have had the bug zapper for 12 years and have reduced the insects in the yard significantly everyday, year after year!!! Great bulbs!

Too costly
There is no reason why these tubes should cost as much as they are charging. My error for buying, I'll never buy again at this price.
