Drive passed initial testing. It feels solid, and the yellow color stands out, so it won't be easy to lose. This lives up to the hype and marketing, delivering some of the fastest write speeds you'll see in an affordable thumb drive. What I also like is that there's no wasted space with utilities or partitions; you pretty much get the entire 256GB for storage. That said, it truly is a thumb drive from a size standpoint -- it's about the size of an average person's thumb. That's not unreasonable historically, but it's big now when you have others making high-storage drives about the size of your thumb NAIL. I couldn't dock it a point for this because it obviously is irrelevant to performance, but it's just something I couldn't help but observe. This obviously could never be used as a plug and stay drive.

This is probably my favorite USB SSD drive ever. Feels premium and of quality. The drive works really well for holding games on my laptop. Also the design is very cool. Kinda reminds me of a “Cyberpunk” look. I would definitely buy another of the drives and would like to see different colors.

This product should be called “Move On” because that’s what consumers should do when looking for a flash drive. This device was great up through five months of use. The drive’s connectors stopped ejecting from the base. Depending on the device you are connecting to, you have to hold the eject switch and slowly insert it to the device. I tried contacting the manufacturer through email and through their chat support service which I never got a response from either. Instead, I kept receiving promotional emails from them. Seriously? you expect me to buy more product faulty product from you? Like I said, Move on from this product.

Some may complain about the size of it, but I find it less likely to be lost because of its size and color. Seems to be built decently rugged, so I don't worry about dropping it or anything. Has a high transfer rate so large transfers complete rapidly. One issue I have not run into with this one that I get on my smaller units is heat. My smaller units heat up during transfers to a level where touching it is difficult. I have not noticed any heat issues when using this unit and I'm regularly transferring 1000s of photos from my phone to my work computer. It has both USB A & USB C connectivity built in which is great since fewer laptops are coming with USB-A ports, plus I can directly connect it to my phone or tablet (See further info). One thing you may see someone complain about is that it doesn't connect to their phone correctly. This isn't true IF THE PHONE IS NOT IN A CASE. I've seen this issue with charging cables too, along with other storage devices, where THE CASE interferes with the USB unit connecting properly. Sometimes it's the thickness of the case, or the size of the access hole in the case for the charging port. The best solution for such issues is a dongle if you are doing a lot of connections through a case. The USB-C connector doesn't seem like it will last long. Plugging and unplugging it a few times seems like it's not that sturdy. Performance is on Windows 11 with a USB 4.0 port and on a MacBook Pro with a Thunderbolt 4 port (all USB-C) and also on Windows 11 with a USB 3.2 port. The Windows performance numbers were the same using USB 3.2 and 4, using the USB-A and USB-C connectors, respectively.

Pros: Hardened case prevents damage from drops or stepping on it. Good speed on data transfer. Good size for the price. Feels rugged in the hand. Dual ended. USB-A & USB-C. Cons: Not moisture resistant in any way. No way to seal the connectors like the old "Survivor Stealth" Overall, 7/10. Good rugged thumb drive, where it loses points is lack of environment protection. Would buy again.

This flash drive is fantastic! It transfers data at lightning speed and does everything it claims to do. Just a note: if you have an iPhone with a USB-C port, it will work perfectly. However, if your iPhone case has a cutout for the USB-C port that’s not large enough, the flash drive won’t fit in fully and won’t be visible on your iPhone. I’ve tested it on my iPad with and without a case, and it works flawlessly. Overall, this is an amazing flash drive that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I highly recommend it!
