Tries many over the years, this one is absolute best. Simple setup for router, lights indicator is quiet useful and shows it works tirelessly. Small form factor and easy setup no clunky wires.

Very bad experience the main purpose of the this mini ups was backing up the current to the modem on the second itself but it did it in a different way it switches off partially the modem when the current goes and takes about 1 to 2 minutes to bring back the internet connection and that's so frustrating for who expect unteriputed wifi connection and it taked so much time to replace the product with the refund after a long time wasting my time calling and following up for refund even when in 10 days replacement period and I got it afterwards the warranty way and I had to say for sure the customer care service was so bad and laggy

I live in New Delhi, where power cuts aren't typically an issue for me. However, no place in India is completely immune to them. Occasionally, once every few months, the power goes out for a few minutes even in my locality. So, even though I didn’t necessarily need a UPS, I decided to get one since all my work is online, and even a one-second power cut can cause 5-10 minutes of work loss. I was initially planning to purchase a different UPS, but I chose this one because I use multiple Amazon Basics products, which are usually very reliable.I purchased this during the Great Freedom Sale for ₹999. It was a bit disappointing to find that the card offer was not applicable to this product. I'm writing this review after using the UPS for three days now, and I will update the review if anything changes in the future. I like the product and feel it’s a good investment for someone like me. The brand claims up to 3 hours of backup. However, in my testing, the battery lasted between 3.5 to 4 hours each time, with 3 hours and 48 minutes being the longest. Overall, I’m really happy with it, and I would definitely recommend this product. Let’s see how long it lasts!

The back up is excellent. I think it back up my router more than 6 hours. I didn't even think it could backup that long but Why im giving 4 star instead of 5 star. Let me clear it up. The back up is excellent but when the power supply went out it doesn't backup instantly it restart and start backup with no interruption. That's the only reasion i didn't give 5 star. Over all this is a very good and reliable product. I think Amazon basic item are good and reliable

Still going good simply better than the other brands

Please check before you buy. If your router /modem has 2.5mm power input socket, this UPS is not suitable. It comes with 2.1mm bridge cable and doesn't fit 2.5mm sockets. Wish Amazon had included a cable with 2.5x5.5mm plug with the router, I would have given a 5 star as it works as needed during power switch over from mains to generator and vis versa.

Working very well and giving a powerbackup of 3 hour , but i haven't actually tested the whole backupand easy to install

Unable to connect the charger the with bridge wires provided. Therefore, not at all useful for the very purpose this was bought - UPS for router. Spoke to customer support (Ms Priyanka and Ms Shristhi) who very helpfully pointed out that they cannot do anything, as it is not a defective product nor there is any return policy. Bought this item thinking this is a amazon product and will be dependable. Deeply disappointed that my 750 rupees has gone down the drain. Would be great if someone in Amazon.in / Cliktech Retail looks into this issue and resolves it in my favour Update after 10 days: That didn't work. Amazon.in says there are no missing items and not eligible for replacement and I need to contact ClickTech. Clicktech Retail (Amazon Basics) mailed saying the issue raised within replacement period and we need to contact Amazon, as warranty is not applicable. Multiple rounds of mails sent and I've lost interest in pursuing this any further. My recommendation for buyers: Think twice or thrice before buying from ClickTech hereafter. If possible, avoid from Amazon.in, as well. Lost our money and confidence in Amazon.in, as their processes are good but doesn't aid customer satisfaction.
