ShurLok SL-180 Lockbox Over The Door, Black Medium

This ShurLok SL-180 locking mechanism is very dependable. It is a single solid piece of metal that fits over most standard door sizes. Once the door is closed, it is very sturdy and cannot be pried off of the door. The opening is wide enough to support the thicker, heavy-duty combo locks. Overall I am very pleased with the price and performance of this hanging lockbox handle.

I had purchased a locking realtors box with an adjustable locking top that was supposed to work on any handle. Unfortunately, although it tightened all the way down, clamping onto both the top and bottom part of the knob, I was able to pull it off with very little force. I was thrilled when I found this option. It works beautifully! As you can see in the pictures, it doesn’t sit straight, but only because of the adjustable lock that is uncommon in most realtors locks. Aside from that (it doesn’t bother me as it doesn’t take away any from doing what it’s supposed to do). I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s perfect for when either myself or my husband forgets our keys and the other isn’t home or when we have guests that arrive and no one is home to let them in. Definitely recommend!

I am a realtor and this was perfect for hanging my lockbox on a door that did not have a lock that would allow it. It fits over the top of the door, still allowed for the door to close easily. My Sentrilock box did have a little bit of trouble getting through the opening in the hanger, but I was able to push it through with some force. Still worked great and was just what I needed!

It is a great product and worked well at the top of the door. On that specific door, it did not fit on the side. If the product was a bit longer, I would have given it a 5-star. It is hard to reach the lock box so high on the door. This was better than any other option.

It works and it holding up so far. It keeps the key pretty high up on the door so if the user if short or disabled I would not recommend but it's for the police and fire any way. Its a great secure way to have an accessible key without having to drill a box to the wall. Perfect for apartment, rentals, B&Bs, elderly communities, homes for sale.... and more lol

I’m using this. On the side of the door because it easier for me to reach it so it has been fine but I’m noticing a slight difference in the door not really noticeable just mostly cosmetic issues I can definitely deal with that the product is a well made item I totally recommend it if you’re considering one you should get it!

Fits great on the door with the lockbox attached. It’s not in the way of the door handle which I was looking for. Made of durable metal not able to break off the door.

Fit over door perfect, put a ringed nail in top to hold it in place. Loop fit large Master key box

The loop where you insert the top portion of lockbox is a little to small. The entire bracket doesn’t hang low enough.
